Ligo para reclamar na loja é só com o dono, Watazapp ninguém responde.

Não adianta mandar mensagem que não tem retorno!A última mensagem foi dia 28/08/21 , ligo está sempre ocupado... hoje 21/09/21 sem notícias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos profissionais, Nido e Carlos. Não tem nenhum respeito pelo cliente.
Instalaram o portão com as ferragens da pior qualidade, a fechadura do portão social não fechava, liguei várias vezes para corrigir o erro, mas eles nunca apareciam, tive que pagar para outra pessoa corrigir.
Na instalação do portão ao chumbar no muro, fizeram um péssimo serviço.
No geral, não compensa comprar nada nesta loja, não vale a dor de cabeça. E depois que recebem, simplesmente somem.
Bad professionals, Nido and Carlos. It has no respect for the customer.
They installed the gate with the worst quality hardware, the lock on the social gate didn't close, I called several times to correct the error, but they never showed up, I had to pay someone else to correct it.
In installing the gate when it broke the wall, they did a bad job.
Overall, it's not worth buying anything at this store, it's not worth the headache. And after they get it, they just disappear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou síndico em um condomínio na localidade de Maricá e pela internet tomei conhecimento da loja. Efetuei uma compra no valor de aproximadamente R$ 530,00 . Fui à loja e paguei em débito o sinal pedido e o restante em transferência na entrega mas a Nota Fiscal não foi entregue . Agora estou precisando do comprovante fiscal e o dono da loja ( Sr. Eurides ) está se escondendo - não atende o telefone nem responde às mensagens deixadas no WhatsApp. Para completar o site da loja foi retirado do ar e o telefone da loja está inoperante. Infelizmente a única pessoa que de vez em quando responde é a vendedora , mas se limita a responder que o assunto deve ser tratado com o dono ( Sr. Eurides) . Não consigo receber a Nota Fiscal do produto comprado .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei a compra de um portão social e garagem no dia 26.11.2021 e o Sr Nido ficou de efetuar a entrega e colocação antes do Natal.
Até hoje o portão não foi entregue.
Acho uma total falta de respeito com o cliente,pois canso de enviar mensagens e sem retorno .
O telefone fixo só dá ocupado e o celular ,ninguém atende.A primeira parcela do portão já foi paga.
