★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei três vezes meu celular para arrumar nesta loja e sai com um problema não solucionado. Gastei gasolina, estacionamento e tempo para nada. Para piorar, saiu um técnico da sua loja batendo a porta forte vindo em.minha direção achando que iria me intimidar. Depois que fui descobrir que era dono da loja. Inaceitável o que ele fez.
Levei meu celular a outra assistência e o técnico detectou que o problema era outro e me mostrou que supostamente arrebentaram a antena e tentaram soldar novamente.
Não gostei, não indico e nunca mais levarei algo para eles arrumarem. Experiência horrível.
I took my cell phone to this store three times and left with an unresolved problem. I spent gas, parking and time for nothing. To make matters worse, a technician came out of his shop slamming the door hard coming towards me thinking he would intimidate me. After I went to find out who owned the store. Unacceptable what he did.
I took my cell phone to another service and the technician detected that the problem was another and showed me that they supposedly broke the antenna and tried to solder again.
I didn't like it, I don't recommend it and I'll never take something back for them to fix. Horrible experience.
