★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUI ENGANADO , liguei antes e perguntei o valor de um pneu colocado, me informaram R$ 280,00 colocado, chegando lá, tinha mais bico, alinhamento, balanceamento, etc... Ficou R$ 330,00 .
Pq já não falam 330,00 colocado!
Mas o serviço... Normal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento precisa melhorar. Quanto aos serviços, fiz troca de pneus, balanceamento e alinhamento. Me ofereceram o serviço de cambagem, sendo que todos sabemos que não se faz cambagem em carro de passeio. Quando ouviram a minha negativa, senti uma enorme pressão para aceitar o serviço. Faltaram condenar a suspensão do meu carro. Três dias depois, na revisão da concessionária, foi constatado que o carro estava somente desalinhado.
Service needs to improve. As for services, I changed tires, balance and alignment. I was offered the camber service, and we all know that camber is not done in a passenger car. When they heard my refusal, I felt enormous pressure to accept the service. I still needed to condemn the suspension of my car. Three days later, in the dealership review, it was found that the car was just out of alignment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 200 e tanto pra trocar o óleo do freio, sendo que o carro já estava sem as rodas.
Cobra a troca do kit do amortecedor e do pivô, o alinhamento e a cambagem não estão inclusos, mas vc só descobre quando o carro tá no elevador, sem as rodas.
Mecânicos foram ótimos, explicou tudo o que fez, chamou pra acompanhar o trabalho, mas os preços e as mãos de obra cobradas separadas, com preço fixo, sem abranger o todo (caso da troca do kit) e não considerar que o carro já está desmontado até parece desonestidade.
Nunca mais.
