O responsvel, simplesmente disse que o mesmo, tinha entrado na oficina com a porta dianteira nao abrindo, sendo que eu mesma levei o veiculo e tenho plena certeza, que nao estava com defeito. SENDO ASSIM VOU COMUNICAR AOS MEUS AMIGOS,
QUE NAO LEVEM O SEU CARRO, PORQUE PODE VOLTAR COM OUTRO PROBLEMA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente William eh mtu bom, porem o serviço ficou ruim, na vdd mtu ruim, pintei uma peça, deixou partes da peca sem polir, Oq levei pra arrumar não ficou perfeito, carro ficou cheirando tinta, empreguinado de massa nos cantos e no friso. Demorou 3x o que tinha dito, sem contar que me passou um orçamento de martelim e chegou na hra teve q pintar e eu n tive como buscar o carro. Eu não teria me importado com nada disse se tivesse feito o trabalho 100%, mas do jeito que está, terei que mandar fazer em outro local.
The attendant William eh mtu good, but the service was bad, in vdd mtu bad, I painted a piece, left parts of the part without polishing, What I took to tidy was not perfect, car was smelling paint, employed mass in the corners and the ribbon . It took 3x what I had said, not to mention that I was given a budget hammer and arrived at the time had to paint and I had no way to get the car. I wouldn't have cared about anything I said if I had done the job 100%, but the way it is, I will have it done elsewhere.
