â â â â â PĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia! Minha mĂŁe foi fazer uma endoscopia e colonoscopia, chegou jĂĄ com dor de cabeça e isso foi sinalizado pra eles. Apenas ignoraram o fato e deram inĂcio aos procedimentos, aferiram a pressĂŁo dentro da sala e deu 18 por 9, ignoraram essa dor de cabeça, muito provavelmente causada pela alta da pressĂŁo. NĂŁo satisfeitos, a anestesista aplicou um sedativo que tem como efeito adverso elevar a pressĂŁo... pronto, combo perfeito! Minha mĂŁe saiu da sala e passou muito mal, ficou toda se tremendo e a anestesista disse que isso era normal. Eu pedi para aferirem a pressao e a mesma deu 15 por alguma coisa, ela continuava a se tremer e a anestesista sĂł fazia aplicar mas ansiolĂtico dizendo que isso acalmaria. Estava prĂłximo ao horĂĄrio de fechar a clinica, o que demonstrava o real motivo deles nĂŁo querem tratar a real causa do problema: PRESSĂO que se elevou demais pĂłs sedativo.

Anestesista se chama Camila e o médico responsåvel pelo procedimento Eunivaldo Holanda.
Bad experience! My mother went for an endoscopy and colonoscopy, she arrived already with a headache and this was signaled to them. They just ignored the fact and started the procedures, measured the pressure inside the room and gave an 18 out of 9, they ignored this headache, most likely caused by the high pressure. Not satisfied, the anesthetist applied a sedative that has the adverse effect of raising blood pressure... voila, perfect combo! My mother left the room and was very sick, she was shaking all over and the anesthetist said that was normal. I asked to measure the pressure and she gave 15 for something, she continued to tremble and the anesthesiologist only applied but anxiolytic saying that it would calm down. It was close to the clinic closing time, which showed the real reason they do not want to treat the real cause of the problem: PRESSURE that rose too high after sedation.
I DON'T REFER TO ANYONE.

Foi sinalizado na recepção por duas vezes o desconfortos dos pacientes com a situação de aperto, e nada foi realizado pelas recepcionista para organizar a sala de espera.
LamentĂĄvel.
In this very difficult moment of the pandemic, the present clinic does not respect the rules to avoid agglomeration.
The discomfort of patients with the tight situation was signaled at reception twice, and nothing was done by the receptionists to organize the waiting room.
