★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente desde 2012. É um excelente profissional e com formação acadêmica de igual porte. Não compreendo comentários negativos. Tratamentos de algumas doenças, não são definitivos e instantâneos, mas são tão somente passos a serem seguidos com outras medidas de reeducação de comportamento e alimentação e necessitam de continuidade.
I have been a customer since 2012. He is an excellent professional with an academic background of the same size. I don't understand negative comments. Treatments for some diseases are not definitive and instantaneous, but they are just steps to be followed with other measures to re-educate behavior and nutrition and need continuity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Estava recebendo acompanhamento de Diabetis com a Dra. Márcia Jablonka, fui marcar consulta de retorno me marcaram dia 31 com a Dra. Estefani, depois desmarcaram e marcaram dia 1 com a Dra. Cecilia, tendo sido confirmada a consulta no dia anterior, lá chegando fui atendido por um outro médico que não conseguia ler minha ficha porque não entendia a letra da Dra. Jablonka. "A clinica dos Trapalhoes". Acho que nem no SUS vc é tão desrespeitado. Pena que o Dr. Fadlo deixe sujarem o nome dele desse jeito. NÃO PISO MAIS LÁ.
Terrible attendance. I was receiving Diabetis follow-up with Dr. Márcia Jablonka, I went to make an appointment for a return appointment. I was scheduled on the 31st with Dr. Estefani, then they canceled and made an appointment on the 1st with Dr. Cecilia. I was treated by another doctor who was unable to read my file because he did not understand Dr. Jablonka's handwriting. "Trapalhoes clinic". I think that even in SUS you are not so disrespected. Too bad Dr. Fadlo let his name get soiled. I WILL NOT FLOOR THERE.

Atendimento excelente desde as funcionárias da recepção, até o momento da consulta. I have been a patient at the clinic, specifically Dr. Fadlo, for over 10 years, and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Excellent service from the reception staff, until the consultation. Dr. Fadlo is an excellent professional, always very well updated, 100% competent, attentive and committed to customer service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota 0 Péssima experiência e atendimento, passei numa consulta para ter uma segunda opinião e além de sair sem ter a segunda opinião já que a médico disse que seria antiético da parte dela avaliar alguns exames e dar uma opinião referente ao tratamento da minha filha, fui questionada que em vez de me preocupar com os efeitos colaterais do tratamento dela que segundo a médica é lenda mas ao iniciar o tratamento tive que assinar um termo de esclarecimento e responsabilidade referente ao efeitos colaterais eu deveria me preocupar com o peso dela, só mero detalhe um dos efeitos colaterais da medicação é justamente essa aumento de peso, e quando penso que não piorar fui tratada como se não cuidasse ou ligasse para a alimentação da minha filha por eu estar acima do peso. Engraçado não foi antiético receber por uma consulta que não aconteceu já que nao tive a segunda opinião além das críticas desnecessárias.
Grade 0 Poor experience and care, I went to a consultation to have a second opinion and besides leaving without a second opinion since the doctor said it would be unethical of her to evaluate some tests and give an opinion regarding the treatment of my daughter, I was questioned that instead of worrying about the side effects of her treatment that according to the doctor is legendary but when starting the treatment I had to sign a clarification and responsibility regarding the side effects I should worry about her weight, just mere detail One of the side effects of the medication is precisely that weight gain, and when I think it doesn't get worse, I was treated as if I didn't care or care about my daughter's diet because I was overweight. Funny it was not unethical to receive for a consultation that did not happen since I did not have the second opinion beyond the unnecessary criticism.
