Retirei minha bicicleta e após o primeiro pedal vi que as marchas estavam muito mal reguladas. Por $70 achei caro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem disse que é a melhor no ramo da cidade tá mentindo, o atendimento é excelente, enquanto as qualidades das peças relacionadas ao preço fica muito a desejar, comprei substituir peças da minha bike aí, e foi uma decepção, mal colocadas e só durou poucos dias, na comparação de preços que vi depois um absurdo. Nunca mais.
Whoever said it's the best in the city is lying, the service is excellent, while the quality of the parts related to the price is much to be desired, I bought replacement parts for my bike there, and it was a disappointment, poorly placed and only lasted a few days, in the price comparison I saw afterward absurd. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente ao bom tempo da loja , sou franco em dizer a respeito do atendimento dos funcionários e valores de produtos , são muito bons , mais o grande problema é a forma que somos tratados pelo gerente "Sérgio" se vc for fazer alguma troca de produto com defeito , ele coloca toda dificuldade , e toda culpa no cliente para não trocar , já me aconteceu duas vezes , primeira vez foi um pedal que comprei , e quebrou o eixo do pedal no meio dele , menos de um mês de comprado , e ele disse que não tinha garantia , deixei para lá , agora um pneu aro 29 da marca swollow , comprei dois é um rasgou na divisão do arame , ele alegou que seria o ato da bike que teria feito isso , disse a ele que não , pois já tinha usado outros pneus nele , e não tinha ocorrido nada anteriormente , aí ele alegou que seria baixa calibragem , disse que usava 45 lb no mesmo para fazer trilha , e ele disse que era baixa a calibragem , porque sou pesado , quero ver quem faz uma trilha com 50 ou 55lbs que é o limite do pneu , resumindo não faz nada para ajudar a resolver o problema do cliente , avisei a ele que vou acionar o PROCON , Pequenas causas , ou o que for necessário , mais eles vão ter que resolver essa bronca agora .
E vão perder um cliente , e não indico mais ninguém pra lá.
