★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram a montagem da bike da minha esposa e da minha. Os donos são simpáticos, conhecem muito do negócio e transmitem muita confiança. O serviço é sempre muito bom e os preços, na minha opinião, justos. Para montagem, manutenção, ajustes e upgrades não vou a outro lugar.
 My wife and my bike were assembled. The owners are friendly, know a lot about the business and convey a lot of confidence. The service is always very good and the prices, in my opinion, fair. For assembly, maintenance, adjustments and upgrades, I'm not going anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa até vc reclamar de algo e aí o Sr Tiago perde alinha e começa berrar com voce, não tem o mínimo conceito de resolver algo, apenas pq nao achei certo retirar a bike com peça soltando e chateado queria o estorno enfim sem controle emocional para tratar cliente e fui muito insultado. Poucas opções de peças dizem que fazem leva e traz de bike e cobram o mesmo que um Uber bag. Jamais retornarei a esse lugar . Só te tratam bem até vc reclamar. Não recomendo esse atendimento falho e discórdias se e que ele saiba o que cordialidade. Obs após pedir o estorno e recolocar minhas peças o Tiago iria cobrar uma taxa de 200 reais e ficava afirmando não estar morrendo de fome entoa porque a cobranca? Enfim peguei minha bike porque vai saber o qie ele poderia fazer com ela pra me prejudicar ! Bons tempos quando eram os antigos donos . Sejam clientes por conta e risco e não reclamem se nao capaz de serem agredidos!!! Bom voltando ao assunto agora e fácil ser gentil mas fica a dica cuidado tempos sombrios estão aí e meu paralama está em seu poder VAI ME TRAZER ELE BEM A TEMPORADA DE CHUVA ESTA AI E ESTOU SEM PARALAMAS OU SEJA ACESSORIO ENTAO SR TIAGO MEÇA SUAS PALAVRAS DO CONTRARIO .....
Good until you complain about something and then Mr. Tiago loses lines and starts yelling at you, he has no concept of solving anything, just because I didn't think it was right to remove the bike with a piece dropping and upset I wanted the chargeback anyway without emotional control to deal with customer and I was very insulted. Few options for parts say they take and bring a bike and charge the same as an Uber bag. I will never return to that place. They only treat you well until you complain. I do not recommend this flawed service and disagreements if and that he knows what cordiality. Note after asking for the chargeback and replacing my pieces, Tiago would charge a fee of 200 reais and kept saying he was not dying of hunger then why charge him? Anyway I took my bike because he will know what he could do with it to harm me! Good times when they were former owners. Be customers at your own risk and do not complain if you are not able to be beaten !!! Well, coming back to the subject now and it's easy to be kind, but here's a tip, care. Dark times are there and my mudguard is in your power. WILL BRING ME WELL THE RAIN SEASON THIS IS AND I AM WITHOUT PARALLARMS OR BE ACCESSORY THEN SR TIAGO MEASURE YOUR WORDS OF THE CONTRARY .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei a bike para revisão geral, e fizeram a limpeza, ajustes e troca de peças (aros 26, corrente, cabos e cubo traseiro) que estavam desgastadas.
O serviço ficou melhor do que eu esperava. Nunca pensei que minha Bike pudesse ficar tão boa.
Tem vaga para estacionar, o que facilita demais.
I left the bike for general overhaul, and they cleaned, adjusted and changed parts (rims 26, chain, cables and rear hub) that were worn out.
The service just got better than I expected. I never thought that my Bike could look so good.
There is parking space, which makes it much easier.

Bike quebrou no caminho e sai pedalando tranquilo!
