★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já conhecia a loja de passagem. Ontem deixei minha magrela para lavar e trocar as pastilhas do freio traseiro. Quando fui retirar a bike o Ricardo teve toda paciência para me explicar sobre dúvidas que eu tinha em relação a Upgrade e troca de itens (preventivo) da minha bike.
 I already knew the ticket store. Yesterday I left my skinny girl to wash and change the rear brake pads. When I went to remove the bike Ricardo had all the patience to explain to me about my doubts about Upgrade and exchange of items (preventive) of my bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível!!! Super mal atendido, não passaram nenhum tipo de informação, a vontade de trabalhar do atendente era ZERO, fez pouco caso. O atendente mal respondeu, única pergunta que fez foi "O que Vocês querem?" Saiu e nos deixou só, sem falar nada!! Estava para fazer uma compra na loja, isso fez com que perdesse duas possíveis venda de bike.
My experience was horrible !!! Super poorly attended, no information was given, the attendant's willingness to work was ZERO, he ignored it. The attendant barely answered, the only question he asked was "What do you want?" He left and left us alone, without saying anything !! I was about to make a purchase at the store, which made me lose two possible bike sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Pelo tamanho e localização deveriam ter um atendimento melhor. Quando cheguei, quase tive que me ajoelhar para alguém me atender, e quando veio, a péssima vontade predominava. Desisti do serviço e não recomendo. É tão natural o péssimo atendimento, que se olhar nos comentários, eles só dão feedback para comentários positivos, o que é minoria.
Bad experience. Due to their size and location, they should have a better service. When I arrived, I almost had to kneel for someone to attend to me, and when it came, the bad will prevailed. I gave up on the service and do not recommend it. It is so natural the terrible service, that if you look at the comments, they only give feedback for positive comments, which is a minority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, vendedor idoso foi simpático mas outro vendedor foi ignorante, rude, sem paciência e sem empatia. Gritou comigo como se eu estivesse pedindo esmola na loja. Obs: Eu ia comprar a bike a vista mas pelo péssimo atendimento eu simplesmente fui embora.
Poor service, elderly salesperson was friendly but another salesperson was ignorant, rude, without patience and without empathy. He yelled at me like I was begging at the store. Note: I was going to buy the bike in sight but because of the poor service I just left.

Service does not exist. View the message, do not respond. And they don't. They are probably already satisfied with the demand, or saturated with services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei 1 bike para montar e outra para regular, achei bem caro o valor, mas me indicaram a bicicletaria, então paguei mais de 300 reais pelos serviços, para não ter dor de cabeça nos passeios.
No primeiro passeio, levei a bike em um parque, nada de trajeto longo ou terreno acidentado, uma bike está cheia de barulhos, muito mal lubrificada e a outra, teve o cabo da marcha desregulado depois de trocar umas 2 ou 3x. No fim, terei que regular eu mesmo os cabos e lubrificar a bike, para ter certeza que o serviço será feito. Bem desapontado com o serviço recebido pela City Bike.
I took 1 bike to assemble and another to regulate, I thought the value was quite expensive, but they told me the bike shop, so I paid more than 300 reais for the services, so I didn't have a headache on the rides.
On the first ride, I took the bike to a park, no long route or rough terrain, one bike is full of noises, very poorly lubricated and the other one, had the gear cable out of adjustment after changing it 2 or 3 times. In the end, I'll have to adjust the cables myself and lubricate the bike, to make sure the job gets done. Very disappointed with the service received by City Bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava de um novo capacete, o funcionário me mostrou os modelos, falei que precisava de um tamanho P, ele falou que só tinha tamanho único, ok né, fui experimentando e todos ficaram largos, mesmo ajustando, então ele falou, "é normal ser largo assim mesmo". Por favor né, uma pessoa dessa não deve vender equipamentos de segurança, e a loja não deve incentivar esse tipo de comércio, só pra vender. Muita gente cai nessas e tem que investir novamente em equipamento, como eu mesma já cai, aí vão abandonando o esporte, nada encaixa, anda todo torto na bike, num quadro maior do q seria o ideal, nessa do quadro maior, novamente me enganaram, não na City bike mas fica mais um relato ☹

Please, a person like that shouldn't sell safety equipment, and the store shouldn't encourage this type of trade, just to sell. A lot of people fall for these and have to invest again in equipment, as I already fall, then they abandon the sport, nothing fits, the bike rides all crooked, on a bigger frame than would be ideal, on the bigger frame, again they fooled me , not on City bike but there's one more report ☹
