★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Trabalho com delivery de bike, meu pneu furou e levei lá que era o único local aberta por perto, fui atendido numa boa o cara trocou a câmera pois a mesma se encontrava furada. Já havia passado o período de almoço e estava vindo chuva, resolvi ir pra casa. No dia seguinte mal comecei a rodar o mesmo pneu deu problema, voltei lá. O cara olhou e disse que quando a câmera furou algo ficou preso na fita anti furo (coisa que o mesmo deveria ter observado na hora que fez a troca), o rapaz iria trocar a câmera só que o cara que deve ser dono ou algum responsável não autorizou, disse de uma maneira arrogante, que câmera não tem garantia pois se não o cara troca, da uma volta é irresponsável e quer jogar a responsabilidade pra eles. O próprio funcionário admitiu o erro ao dizer que tinha algo na fita anti furo e o cara age assim?! Só porque sou entregador de delivery o cara quer tratar mal achando que tô tirando vantagem. Total falta de respeito com o cliente fora a discriminação pelo meu tipo de trabalho!
 Terrible! I work with bike delivery, my tire was flat and I took it there, which was the only open place nearby, I was attended to in a good way, the guy changed the camera because it was flat. The lunch period had passed and the rain was coming, so I decided to go home. The next day, as soon as I started to roll the same tire, it was a problem, I went back there. The guy looked and said that when the camera punctured something got stuck in the anti-puncture tape (something he should have noticed at the time he made the change), the guy would change the camera but the guy who must be the owner or someone he didn’t authorize, he said in an arrogant way, that the camera has no guarantee because if the guy doesn’t change, he’s irresponsible and wants to throw the responsibility on them. The employee himself admitted the mistake when he said that there was something on the anti-puncture tape and the guy acts like that ?! Just because I'm a delivery boy, the guy wants to treat badly thinking I'm taking advantage. Total lack of respect with the client outside the discrimination for my type of work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Montaram minha bike, eu não conhecia muito sobre as peças e tudo mais , o freio a disco não estava funcionando , levei de volta o dono da avia bike me disse que era a qualidade do freio, confiei , pois não conhecia sobre o equipamento, regulei o câmbio pós.montagem gastei mais 30 reais além da montagem que foi 80 , não ficou legal, levei mais uma vez e eles deram um ajuste, porém ainda sim estava ruim(câmbio) , depois de uns dois meses tive um problema no eixo da minha bike( não por culpa deles) fui em outra bicicletária , muito mais em conta , aproveitei q iria trocar o eixo, pedi para dar uma revisada no freio e no cambio com a intenção de trocar, pois o dono da Via Bike havia me dito que a qualidade era ruim e não dava mais ajuste do que aquilo, para minha surpresa , o freio foi regulado , o cambio também , e ficou ótimo, deduzo que eles queriam apenas vender uma peça nova para mim . Gastei mais de 200 reais com eles e a bike não ficou boa, com 45 reais resolvi todos os problemas que eles haviam condenado na bike.

I spent more than 200 reais on them and the bike was not good, with 45 reais I solved all the problems that they had condemned on the bike.

Não recomendo para serviços complexos, muito menos revisão. Leiam os reviews.
Troquei um pedivela e me entregaram sem checar se o câmbio dianteiro estava funcionando bem, depois me disseram que a peça era incompatível (mas fizeram mesmo assim). Precisam profissionalizar mais os procedimentos de serviços, a comunicação com o cliente e, principalmente, a entrega.
Bad mechanics, very amateurs. They didn't review the basics before delivery and didn't notify me of problems during the service.
I don't recommend it for complex services, much less proofreading. Read the reviews.
I changed a crank and they handed it to me without checking if the front gear was working well, then they told me the part was incompatible (but they did it anyway). They need to professionalize service procedures, communication with the client and, above all, delivery.
