★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz curso em fev/2013 em Recife, para obter a certificação em CSSA Sonicwall. A empresa que trabalho pagou R$ 3.200 pela minha certificação, que está vencida desde fev/2015. Até hoje 14/03/2016 aguardo a EnergyTelecon, me fornecer re-teste, para que minha certificação seja re-validada. No curso o instrutor da Energy, nos disse que o re-teste seria gratuito. Enviei diversos emails, e até agora nada.
I took a course in Feb / 2013 in Recife to get CSSA Sonicwall certification. The company I work for paid $ 3,200 for my certification, which has been due since Feb / 2015. Until today 14/03/2016 I await EnergyTelecon, provide me retest so that my certification is re-validated. In the course the Energy instructor told us that the retest would be free. I sent several emails, and so far nothing.

O local é silencioso e agradável. Oferece água e café antes da prova, além de um armário (locker) para guardar suas coisas, não podem ser levadas na prova.
Se acontece algum problema com a prova (e não é culpa deles, e sim do avaliador, como Microsoft, IBM, Amazon etc), eles contam com uma ótima equipe bilíngue, pronta para resolver qualquer problema rapidamente.
It's where I take my computer certification tests.
The place is quiet and pleasant. Provides water and coffee before the race, plus a locker to store your things, can not be taken in the race.
If there is a problem with the proof (and it's not their fault, but the appraiser, like Microsoft, IBM, Amazon etc), they have a great bilingual team, ready to solve any problem quickly.
