Comprei um óculo dia 29/11 na black Friday via americanas vendido pela Envy Otica que mandou o óculos errado, apos devolver fui informado hoje dia 17/12 que iram devolver meu dinheiro pois não tem o óculos que foi vendido ! ou seja esperei para comprar na black Friday e aproveitar o desconto e sai no prejuízo, vão me de volver o dinheiro e pra comprar o óculos em outro lugar mais agora esta mais caro! E pra fechar vão devolver meu dinheiro só em 10 dias uteis, isso porque paguei via boleto a vista no dia 29/11 !
Pós vendas péssimo, não da retorno, atendimento muito fraco!

I bought a goggle on 29/11 Black Friday via American sold by Envy Otica who sent the wrong glasses, after returning I was informed today that 17/12 will return my money because there is no glasses that was sold! ie I waited to buy on black Friday and take advantage of the discount and the loss, will give me back the money and to buy the glasses elsewhere now is more expensive! And to close will return my money only in 10 business days, because I paid via cash on the day 29/11!
Bad sales, not return, poor service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oculos do meu filho quebrou no domingo e teria que soltar...e demoraria dias...a funcionaria se dedicou e achou armaçao igual para ele usar enquanto volto no oftalmo e verifico se grau mudou par fazer oculos reserva.
Enquanto isso a outra funcionaria se propos a regular meu oculos
Funcionarias simpaticas e dedicadas.
My son's eyeglasses broke on Sunday and he would have to let go ... and it would take days ... the clerk dedicated himself and found an equal frame for him to use while I go back in the ophthalmologist and check if he changed degree to make reserve glasses.
Meanwhile the other would work if they proposed to regulate my glasses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrivel. Atendente disse que iria pedir para trocar armaçao. Perguntei 2 vezes se seria possivel trocar a armaçao, atendente me deu ctz nas duas vezes e falou que ja estava pedindo no fabricante. Chegou no penultimo dia para eu ir buscar meus oculos, ela me liga e fala que não seria possível. Perdi uma semana inteira, precisava dos oculos o mais rapido possivel e agora terei que esperar mais 2 semanas no minimo. Não acriditem no que as atendentes falam.
Horrible service. The clerk said he would ask to change frames. I asked 2 times if it would be possible to change the frame, the attendant gave me ctz both times and said he was already asking at the manufacturer. She arrived on the penultimate day for me to get my glasses, she calls me and says that it would not be possible. I lost an entire week, I needed the glasses as soon as possible and now I will have to wait at least 2 more weeks. Do not believe what the attendants say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei os óculos, cobraram no cartão e depois cancelaram, sem que houvesse qualquer contrapartida. Pelo telefone e whatsapp sequer respondem mais. Total desrespeito com o tempo e dinheiro do consumidor. Pesquise mais e compre em outra loja! Não vale a pena o estresse.
I bought the glasses, charged on the card and then canceled, without any counterpart. By phone and whatsapp do not even respond more. Total disrespect with consumer time and money. Search for more and buy in another store! It's not worth the stress.
