★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma L3150 ( tanque) em meados de março/19 já engoliu folha três vezes e é impossível de remover a folha pois não tem como abrir a impressora liguei na Epson e falaram que toda vez que isso acontecer tenho que ficar levando em autorizada ( logic o que depois que a garantia vencer vou ter que ficar pagando p retirarem as folhas de dentro). Pode isso???? Hoje é 18.04.19
I bought a L3150 (tank) in mid-March / 19 already swallowed sheet three times and it is impossible to remove the sheet because it has no way to open the printer I called in Epson and they said that every time this happens I have to keep getting authorized which after the guarantee expires I will have to pay to remove the sheets from inside). Can this ???? Today is 18.04.19

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma impressora fiscal em dezembro de 2020, no mês deu problema, em janeiro foi para assistência e até hoje, 24/03/2021, não voltou e sem nenhum retorno. Lamentável.
I bought a fiscal printer in December 2020, in the month there was a problem, in January it was for assistance and until today, 03/24/2021, it has not returned and no return. Unfortunate.
