★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi bom, no momento em que fui colocar o tal bulk. O bulk funcionou menos de 1 mês a duras penas, isso porque perguntei se daria certo. Fiquei 1 mês com impressora parada ontem 13/12/2018 levei para avaliarem, o rapaz fez funcionar lá no local, mas em casa não funciona!!! Perdi R$ 220,00, fora as viagens de uber. Apesar da garantia, não quero mais o tal bulk. Vou levar na assistência técnica, pedir para retirar. Vou vender a impressora e o tal bulk e vou compra uma ecotank. Não economizei nada, só tive prejuízos.
The service was good, when I went to put the bulk. The bulk worked for less than 1 month with great difficulty, that's why I asked if it would work. I spent 1 month with the printer stopped yesterday 12/13/2018 I took it to be evaluated, the boy did it work there, but at home it doesn't work!!! I lost R$220.00, excluding uber trips. Despite the guarantee, I don't want the bulk anymore. I'll take it to the technical assistance, ask to remove it. I'm going to sell the printer and the bulk and buy an ecotank. I didn't save anything, I only had losses.
