★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma impressora Epson L4150, depois de muito tempo sem usar ela parou de funcionar, levei em uma assistência perto de casa e eles ficaram 10 dias com a impressora para me passar um orçamento, como eles não me retornaram o contato com o orçamento decidi ligar para saber o que estava acontecendo, me disseram que ficaria R$300,00 o conserto pq precisava de uma peça que estava em falta no mercado e era muito cara... Não fazia sentido... Peguei a impressora na ''assistência'' e estava do jeito que eu tinha levado... Resolvi procurar alguma assistência na Santa Efigênia, e a Ian Print arrumou em vinte minutos me cobrando o valor de R$90,00... Estou fazendo esse comentário para expor a honestidade da loja/assistência, como forma de agradecimento pelo excelente serviço prestado. Recomendadíssimo!

It didn't make sense ... I took the printer from the "assistance" and it was the way I had taken it ... I decided to look for some assistance in Santa Efigênia, and Ian Print got it in twenty minutes charging me the amount of R $ 90.00 ... I am making this comment to expose the honesty of the store / assistance, as a way of thanking you for the excellent service provided. Very recommended!
