★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada com a falta de atenção, de interesse em atender e resolver situações. Estou a mais de uma semana aguardando um retorno e o tratamento da minha filha interrompido. Lamentável!! Aprendam a lidar com pessoas.

Informam endereço errado para o convênio, você fica rodando no bairro para achar.
Dão uma referência errada, e ainda te olham com cara de desdenho e falam que não podem fazer nada a não ser desculpas.
Nunca mais volto neste lugar.
Terrible location.
They inform the wrong address for the agreement, you go around the neighborhood to find it.
They give you the wrong reference, and they still look at you with disdain and say they can't do anything but apologize.
I'm never coming back to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, falta de comunicação, má vontade dos atendentes seja via Whatsapp, seja por telefone ou presencialmente, nunca vi tanta falta de empatia , havia marcado nutricionista para eu e minha filha , cancelei somente a MINHA consulta e por conta própria desmarcaram a consulta da minha filha!!!!! Ela foi até lá , não foi atendendida, não tentaram contornar o equivoco, e ainda por cima ela vai entrar atrasada no trabalho!!! Para uma clinica que diz tratar da saúde física e MENTAL , vocês estão prestando um desserviço, inclusive por que minha filha ia passar no psiquiatra nesta mesma clinica e não quer mais pisar neste local devido ao mau tratamento!!!! Não recomendo para ninguém!!!
Terrible, lack of communication, unwillingness of the attendants either via Whatsapp, either by phone or in person, I have never seen such a lack of empathy, I had scheduled a nutritionist for my daughter and I, I only canceled MY appointment and on their own they canceled my appointment daughter!!!!! She went there, she wasn't answered, they didn't try to get around the mistake, and on top of that she's going to be late for work!!! For a clinic that claims to deal with physical and MENTAL health, you are doing a disservice, including because my daughter was going to see a psychiatrist in this same clinic and doesn't want to step in this place anymore due to bad treatment!!!! I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe marcou uma consulta para a reabilitação, fisioterapia do maxilar. Eles confirmaram tudo por telefone. Mas quando ela chegou ao consultório, eles disseram que não prestavam tal serviço. Atendimento péssimo.
My mother made an appointment for rehabilitation, jaw physiotherapy. They confirmed everything over the phone. But when she arrived at the office, they said they did not provide such a service. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local tem equipe e aparelhos para a finalidade de fisioterapia. Entretanto o atendimento deixa muitíssimo a desejar. Não marque nada pela central de telefone ou WhatsApp pois sempre há falhas de comunicação. Das vezes que precisei agendar via telefone, todas tive problema. O último fez esperar por mais de 2h45 minutos de chá de cadeira. Os atendentes do balcão são sempre inexperientes e de pouca idade. Tenha paciência. Sempre verificam o que está assinando e o valor cobrado (se é o que foi anunciado mesmo).

Agendei sessão de Psicologia online, fui informada que tinha que ir na clínica pra assinar os papéis antes de começar a terapia. Me informei se na sexta depois do feriado se estariam atendendo e me disseram que sim. Saí do trabalho correndo pra pegar a clinica aberta e não consegui e nem fui avisada sobre.
Quando foi na segunda, cheguei lá e me deparei com uma faixa de mudamos... cheguei no local e reclamei sobre a questão de sexta feira, tiraram foto do meu WhatsApp para notificar. Tudo certo para fazer a sessão na terça, todos os papéis assinados e fui informada que so precisaria voltar no proximo mês pra assinar as guias seguintes. Quando chega a terça 18:40 e nada de entrar em contato comigo. Ligo na clinica e fui informada que a Dra Marcia não poderia atender por motivos pessoais e que não conseguiram ligar pra todos os pacientes . Relevem mais uma vez. Quando foi na semana recebi uma mensagem pelo WhatsApp informando que teria que ir lá novamente assinar as desse mês, mandei msg falando que tinha sido informada que só no próximo mês e ninguém me respondeu. Estou aqui hoje no dia da sessão fazendo a reclamação e adivinhem porque ?! Porque liguei 10 min antes da sessão na clínica pra confirmar se tava tudo certo pro meu atendimento e fui informada que sim, mais uma vez tudo mentira que não estou sendo atendida. Um descaso com o paciente, porque se desdobra pra estar em casa para sessão, se programa pra nenhuma explica ser dada . Papel de idiota assinado, só se for.

I scheduled a Psychology session online, I was informed that I had to go to the clinic to sign the papers before starting therapy. I asked if on the Friday after the holiday they would be attending and I was told yes. I left work running to get the clinic open and I couldn't and I wasn't even warned about it.
When it was on Monday, I got there and I came across a banner of we moved... I arrived at the place and complained about the Friday issue, they took a picture of my WhatsApp to notify. Everything was ready to do the session on Tuesday, all the papers signed and I was informed that I would only need to come back next month to sign the following guides. When Tuesday 18:40 arrives and nothing to contact me. I call the clinic and I was informed that Dr Marcia could not answer for personal reasons and that they were not able to call all the patients. Reveal it one more time. When it was the week I received a message on WhatsApp informing me that I would have to go there again to sign the ones for this month, I sent a message saying that I had been informed that it would only be next month and no one answered me. I'm here today on the day of the session making the complaint and guess why?! Because I called 10 minutes before the session at the clinic to confirm that everything was ok for my service and I was informed that yes, once again everything was a lie that I was not being attended to. A disregard for the patient, because he doubles down to be at home for the session, he is scheduled for no explanation to be given. Signed idiot paper, only if it is.
