★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administração é Horrível, não resolvem nada, cursei dois semestres de Administração e esse ano solicitei análise de grade curricular para tentar abater semestres no curso de logística, não cheguei a concluir nenhuma etapa e simplesmente me matricularam no 1 semestre de logística e inativaram meu curso de adm, até agora ninguém resolveu nada e meus dois semestres foram jogados no lixo, nem meu histórico a uninove tá querendo da. Arrependidissimo de me matricular nessa universidade. Filas enormes e os atendentes conversando e mechendo no celular. O campus é o Memorial.
 Administration is Horrible, they don't solve anything, I took two semesters of Administration and this year I requested an analysis of the curriculum to try to reduce semesters in the logistics course, I didn't get to complete any stage and they simply enrolled me in the 1st semester of logistics and inactivated my course of adm, so far no one has solved anything and my two semesters were thrown in the trash, not even my record is uninove wanting to da. I regretted enrolling in this university. Huge lines and attendants talking and fiddling with their cell phones. The campus is the Memorial.

No entanto a partir da pandemia, os serviços administrativos prestados ficaram abaixo do pior possível necessário, dificuldades de contato telefônico com a secretaria ou afins, atendimento presencial muito dificultado, portanto se necessitar de serviços junto à secretaria se prepare para ter uma boa dose de estresse. A quantidade reduzida de funcionários, fechamento de campos onde se foi matriculado sendo tudo direcionado ao Campus da Barra Funda,o que causa grande procura por serviços num local só, no referido Campus. Fui informado que o atendimento era a partir das 07 horas, ao chegar constatei que o horário de atendimento era após as 12 horas, o que causa filas, ficando ao tempo sem nenhuma estrutura, com os portões abertos, apenas 2 funcionários no atendimento o que causa demora e impressão de descaso, uma boa parte da fila sem local para sentar, nem balcão preferencial conforme lei inclusive. Após a grande decepção com os serviços prestados preciso parabenizar a atenção dos funcionários que foram atenciosos e prestativos. No entanto a empresa com a justificativa de prevenir a disseminação do Coronavírus, fez grandes cortes de pessoal prejudicando imensamente o atendimento.

I was informed that the service was from 7 am, upon arrival I found that the service time was after 12 pm, which causes queues, with no structure at the time, with the gates open, only 2 employees in the service. it causes delay and the impression of neglect, a good part of the queue with no place to sit, nor a preferential counter, according to the law. After the great disappointment with the services provided, I must congratulate the attention of the staff who were attentive and helpful. However, the company, with the justification of preventing the spread of Coronavirus, made large cuts in personnel, immensely impairing the service.
