★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao tentar contato pelo interfone , a pessoa foi estremamente grossa e mal educada . Parecia q estava pedindo esmola , e mesmo se fosse não deveria ser tratado desta forma . Pessoas assim perdem muitas oportunidades q passam na porta e tocam seu interfone .

When attempting contact through the intercom, the person was extremely thick and rude. It looked like I was begging, and even if it was, it shouldn't be treated this way. People like that miss a lot of opportunities that come in the door and ring their intercom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A forma dá inscrição é mal esclarecida. Não fui informada que as datas anunciadas no site são fictícias. Viajamos mais de 800km, me hospedei Proximo a escola e no dia do curso fui informada que não haveria o curso pois não tinham alunos suficientes.
Pedimos que reconsiderassem, que pagariam os a mais se fosse o caso pois já estávamos aqui, mas nada foi feito. Isso é um descaso!!
Gerente não estava e nos colocam pra falar com um rapaz q não tem autonomia para resolver nada. Estou indignada! Trabalho com atendimento ao cliente e se tivesse oportunidade daria um curso gratuito pra aprenderem a ter mais respeito para com os seus.
The form of registration is poorly clarified. I was not informed that the dates announced on the website are fictitious. We traveled more than 800km, I stayed near the school and on the day of the course I was informed that there would be no course as there were not enough students.
We asked them to reconsider, that they would overpay if it were the case because we were already here, but nothing was done. This is disregard !!
Manager was not there and they put us to talk to a guy who has no autonomy to solve anything. I'm outraged! I work with customer service and if I had the opportunity I would give a free course to learn to have more respect for yours.
