 Bad service, sellers do not know the correct price, when you ask the price they say a value, but when it comes to the cashier becomes another value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei camiseta de presente porque empresas grandes podem trocar em qualquer loja. Entretanto, Lacoste só trocar mercadoria no mesmo lugar. Não aconselho compra para presente.
I bought a T-shirt as a gift because large companies can exchange it at any store. However, Lacoste only exchanges goods in the same place. I do not advise buying for gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei uma camiseta polo regular fit e ficou pequena a numeração, tentei trocá-la no shopping JK Iguatemi e foi impossível, pois, a loja desse shopping era própria, e não como em outros 2 shoppings onde só se poderia trocar a camiseta, por sere do mesma franqueador. Burocracia desnecessária, mas com bom atendimento e facilidade na troca. Preço alto.
I won a regular fit polo shirt and the numbering was small, I tried to change it at the JK Iguatemi shopping mall and it was impossible, because the store in this mall was its own, and not like in 2 other malls where you could only change the shirt, for sere the same franchisor. Unnecessary bureaucracy, but with good service and ease of exchange. High Price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedor mau educado, só esqueci o nome dele ,pra marcar ele aqui nos comentários, fui retirar duas camisas polo , o vendedor me olhou e perguntou se estava na loja certa ..
Vendedor não se esqueça de onde vc é , quem e vc para tratar as pessoas assim, julgando pela aparência.. independente de quem chega na loja ,vc está aí pra atender bem, independe de quem seja , se for comprar ou não, por isso que muitas lojas acabando perdendo muitas vendas ... sempre retiro em outras franquia e o tratamento e diferente...
Abre o olho aí gerente e converse com seus cooperados..
