★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me passaram a informação de que a chave estava com o porteiro de um apto para a visitação em um horário específico.
Compareci ao local, me foi informado que a pessoa que mostraria o imóvel não estava lá, que era sua folga.
Entrei em contato com a imobiliária 2h depois e a mesma me informou que alguém tinha visitado o local no mesmo período de tempo que eu e já tinha até feito ficha pro imóvel.
Serviço desorganizado que causa prejuízos.
Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece uma pésima imobiliaria, pois eles tem um imovel a cima do meu onde eles alugam e esse imovel te uma infiltração gronica onde o propietario que é a imobiliaria, quando se prontifica a resolver o problema, manda pessoas não qualificada para tal missão que se tornou impossivel é isso se arasta por anos, mandei um imail pedindo uma solução para o problema que se arrasta é os mesmo não se preocupa em dar um retorno. Pois a minha mãe ligou perguntando se o imail tinha chegado é o mesmo não deu uma resposta plausivel .
It seems to me to be a bad real estate company, because they have a property above mine where they rent and this property has a gronic infiltration where the owner, who is the real estate company, when ready to solve the problem, sends people not qualified for such a mission that if it became impossible that's been dragging on for years, I sent an email asking for a solution to the problem that drags on and they don't bother to give a return. Because my mother called asking if the imail had arrived and the same did not give a plausible answer.
