★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são muito bons... o sorvete é uma delícia... Eu só precisava saber quando o caminhão chega porque no sábado não tinha muito sorvete já... ( vários dias da semana não há quase sorvetes a venda, sendo preciso melhorar a logistica )

NÃO EMITEM NOTA FISCAL.
Também não posso dizer que tive uma experiência muito boa com a loja.
Estava na fila do caixa e a atendente colocou os pedidos uma senhora a minha frente em uma caixa, que claramente não iria conseguir levar, então a senhora perguntou se tinha outra embalagem para ela levar, então a atendente respondeu "se não quer a caixa não leve", sem dar nenhuma outra opção para a senhora.
A marca é incrível (opções zero açúcar agradam os Diabéticos), mas não volto a esta unidade.

Nor can I say that I had a very good experience with the store.
I was in the checkout line and the clerk placed the orders with a lady in front of me in a box that she clearly could not carry, so she asked if she had another package for her to take, so the clerk answered "if you don't want the box light "without giving you any other option.
The brand is awesome (zero sugar options please the Diabetics), but I won't be back to this unit.

Atendimento fraco, cheio de recados espalhados pela loja, tais como... não consumir o sorvete dentro da loja, não levar mais de uma colherzinha por cliente enfim muita proibição para quem tem que atender bem para vender bem....
Da mesma forma eu como muitos outros não fomos atendidos quando se descarrega o caminhão na loja.... Eu nunca vi isto... Se eu voltar lá prometo marcar hora com antecedência, para não ir a toa!!!
