Além de ter feito uma escova e não ter me avisado que o valor era 50 reais.

Desde o atraso de mais de 40 minutos para começar o serviço, até o fato de absolutamente ninguém me levar a sério quando disse que já estava em cima da hora.
Agendei com antecedência, informei que deveria sair do salão no máximo as 10hs, para chegar no evento a tempo e perguntei VARIAS vezes qual seria o melhor horário para marcarmos, pra fazer tudo com calma.
No dia, as 10hs eu estava apenas com o cabelo escovado e faltando "40 minutinhos" para terminar a maquiagem, segundo a profissional, sendo que tinha contratado penteado também. No fim, só consegui sair do salão as 11hs, pois atrasaram os serviços de minha mãe e irmã tambem e minha mãe teve que sair às pressas, sem a maquiagem contratada, para buscar minhas roupas e eu me trocar para tentar chegar ao evento. Não desejo a ninguém o estresse e descaso a que fui submetida.

In the end, I only managed to leave the salon at 11 am, as my mother and sister's services were delayed as well and my mother had to leave in a hurry, without the contracted makeup, to get my clothes and I changed to try to get to the event. I do not wish anyone the stress and neglect I was subjected to.
