Não nos prestaram nenhum tipo de assistência e ainda quando solicitado o valor das diárias para ir para outro lugar, pois não me sentia segura após o ocorrido, ainda tive que ouvir do dono grosso “que estava querendo me aproveitar do ocorrido”.
Um despreparo absurdo para lidar com a situação! Não recomendo! Meu ano novo de 2022 será sempre marcado por esta situação que até entendo ser algo inesperado por ambas as partes, mas o mínimo de assistência e entendimento por parte do dono.
Unfortunately, after returning from my New Years party. We were told that they entered our house (they removed the bedroom window) and took some items.
They didn't provide us with any kind of assistance and even when I asked for the daily rate to go somewhere else, because I didn't feel safe after what happened, I still had to hear from the bulk owner "who was wanting to take advantage of what happened".
An absurd unpreparedness to deal with the situation! I do not recommend! My New Year 2022 will always be marked by this situation that I understand to be something unexpected by both parties, but the minimum of assistance and understanding on the part of the owner.
