A avaliação de Fernanda não corresponde a realidade, pois a descrição q ela fez não tem nada a haver com a Trancoso Beach House que não é pousada mas uma casa muito aconchegante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO, não recomendo, os próprios donos são grosseiros, os funcionários são mal treinados e indelicado, alguns únicos são atenciosos,a limpeza é bem fraca,
Deixam um rodo de limpeza dentro do box , o recepcionista da pousada é destreinado e sem a mínima noção de como tratar um hóspede e receber.
ME COBRARAM 14 reais e flores que peguei da mesa para no ano novo jogar para Iemanja.
Tem pousadas lindas e charmosas em trancoso com serviço excelente, diferente desta.
TERRIBLE, I don't recommend it, the owners themselves are rude, the staff are poorly trained and impolite, some are thoughtful, the cleaning is very poor,
They leave a cleaning squeegee inside the box, the receptionist at the inn is untrained and has no idea how to treat a guest and receive.
I was charged 14 reais and flowers that I took from the table to play for Iemanja in the new year.
It has beautiful and charming inns in Trancoso with excellent service, different from this one.
