★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço e equipamentos são incríveis. Nunca gostei de exercícios, mas o fato de a cada dia ter um plano diferente que trabalhasse cada região, fora a simpatia da dona e instrutora do espaço, me motivavam a ir feliz pra lá.
Você não se sente largada executando exercícios, a Carol está o tempo todo observando e ajustando a postura dos alunos.
The space and equipment are incredible. I never liked exercise, but the fact that each day I had a different plan that worked in each region, apart from the friendliness of the owner and instructor of the space, motivated me to go there happily.
You don't feel left doing exercises, Carol is constantly watching and adjusting the students' posture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro as aulas de pilates no Espaço Sinergia. Na minha opinião, um super diferencial é a quantidade de equipamentos, possibilitando que vários alunos possam fazer o mesmo exercício simultaneamente.
I love the Pilates classes at Espaço Sinergia. In my opinion, a super differential is the amount of equipment, allowing several students to do the same exercise simultaneously.

As aulas focam no fortalecimento do corpo como um todo, seguindo a abordagem tradicional do método Pilates. As aulas são conduzidas com até 5 alunos trabalhando em paralelo (o estúdio conta com 5 reformers e 5 step chairs!). Recomendo!
Simply the best pilates studio I've ever been to. Very well equipped with classes masterfully led by Carol and Jessica. Classes focus on strengthening the body as a whole, following the traditional approach of the Pilates method. Classes are conducted with up to 5 students working in parallel (the studio has 5 reformers and 5 step chairs!). I recommend!
