A cortesia de 03 (três) sessões de depilação a laser na axilas (feminino e masculino), buço (feminino), faixa de barba (masculino) ou nuca (masculino) é válida somente para novos CPFs cadastrados e não é cumulativa com outros vouchers ou ofertas de estabelecimento. O uso do voucher é limitado a 01 (um) por CPF. Cortesias sujeita a avaliação prévia com um profissional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este a uma semana ligando para a unidade só chama e ninguém atende, não consigo o número de WhatsApp. Na central de atendimento pelo telefone não te atendem, pelo WhatsApp piorou, não te respondem! Aplicativo não funciona. E eu so queria o WhatsApp da unidade do aricanduva. Espero q possam me ajudar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando vc fecha o pacote tem horário pro dia seguinte, mas depois que pagou não tem mais agenda disponível até Abril em nenhuma unidade, principalmente de shopping que fica até às 22h , impossível ter um volume de clientes todos os dias 12 horas de atendimento sendo que marcam de 15 em 15 minutos. É pq já pagou mesmo, agora não importa mais!!!

Cancelei o plano do meu esposo (ele faleceu e tinha feito apenas 1 aplicação)... mais de 2 meses e até agora ninguém entrou em ctto para ressarcimento.

I canceled my husband's plan (he passed away and had only applied 1) ... more than 2 months and so far no one has entered into a claim for compensation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre o sistema de regularização e agendamentos é bem desconfortante. Paguei até a penúltima parcela do pacote e não foi possível realizar as sessões por conta da pandemia, quitei o último pagamento depois que voltei a trabalhar e não consegui reagendar por não ter sido regularizado o meu pagamento no sistema e no aplicativo.
O atendimento via whatsapp para esclarecimentos e ajuda é estranho, não sei o que acontece... A pessoa responsável por esses atendimentos por mensagem, poderia prezar mais na tarefa de passar tranquilidade e assegurar a pessoa de que serão solucionadas as dificuldades com o sistema em que a própria trabalha, sanando as dúvidas e buscando ajudar o cliente com mais atenção...
Atendimento presencial até então foi bom.

Face-to-face service until then was good.

Estava agendada para as 11h30 e só fui atendida após 1 hora de espera, isso para realizar um procedimento nas axilas que durou cerca de 3 minutos. Considerei os profissionais despreparados para imprevistos e como comunicar o cliente dos fatos. Me disseram que o aparelho deu problema, porém desde o tempo que aguardei ouvia o som do aparelho em perfeito funcionamento. Prezo pela honestidade e pessoas que assumem os fatos, se eu soubesse que teria problema de agenda e que o atraso seria longo, teria saído para uma volta e poderia resolver outros assuntos pessoais, do que ficar sentada na cadeira, aguardando sem saber por quanto tempo, olhando para a parede. Ficaria ao meu critério aguardar, ou remarcar.

Essa empresa parece agir de má fé, infelizmente só fui ver os comentários depois de fechar o pacote. Atendimento péssimo, odiei, e olha que só faz um dia que fechei o contrato. Que desgosto, não recomendo.
