Na hora em que você efetua a compra, as recepcionistas são super educadas e simpáticas porém ao se deslocar ate a clini a par a realizar qualquer procedimento, a pessoa é tratada com descaso e impaciência por parte das "profissionais".
Lousy service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui atendida de forma educada apesar de ser dolorido um pouco o procedimento de depilação a laser é muito bom comprei um pacote com 12 sessões mas só tenho ido 1 vez a cada 3 meses pois os pelos param de crescer mesmo, quando volta a crescer que eu vou e faço novamente mas é prático consigo marcar o horário pelo facebook ou whatsapp e o novo lugar é muito lindo.
I have always been served in a polite way despite being a little painful, the laser hair removal procedure is very good. I bought a package with 12 sessions but I have only been going once every 3 months because the hairs stop growing, when it grows back that I go and do it again but it is practical I can make an appointment on facebook or whatsapp and the new place is very beautiful.

Funcionários arrogantes e despreparados, cometem erros a todo os momentos, só vejo pessoas saindo chorando, sendo queimadas pelos laseres utilizados nesse lugar. Já fui cliente, hoje não sou mais, passou, graças a Deus! Achei um lugar muito melhor e com profissionais super capacitamos que fazem os procedimentos sem nenhum tipo de erro ou despreparo e o melhor, com preços super acessível...
-Não Recomendo de jeito nenhum!!!

I have been a client, today I am no longer, passed, thank God! I found a much better place and with super professionals we enable them to do the procedures without any kind of mistake or unpreparedness and the best, with super affordable prices ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma centro barato mas de qualidade não boa, não boa no atendimento até pq no meu caso tive dificuldades de agendamento e vc sente que é uma empresa que não cuida de seus clientes....
Paguei 400 reais por 10 sessões de laser ... Fiz a primeira com uma profissional fria quando fui marcar a segunda sessão tive dificuldade e fui ignorado 3 vezes por telefone e whatsapp app da empresa..... Pedi reembolso para procurar outro centro já se passaram 2dias úteis e nada de devolverem meu dinheiro.... O pior!!! Me cobraram um valor de 30% do valor total que ficariam pra eles.....
Além de não realizar um bom atendimento ainda procuram obter benefícios até de seus erros!!!!

O atendimento na recepção poderia ser mais agradável.
Tiveram um problema de telefonia há um tempo atrás, hoje consegui falar mas o sistema estava fora para verificar quantas sessões ainda tenho.
I closed the laser hair removal package, and found the price much better than the competition.
The service at the reception could be more pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei o novo espaço, que agora se chama Estética Fit e fica em outro número. Local muito bem decorado e amplo. Possui muitas salas. O espaço é limpo e as funcionárias muito bem uniformizadas. O atendimento foi ótimo, a recepcionista foi muito simpática. Possui pacotes com preços muitos bons e parcelam em 12x no cartão.
