★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei atrasada uma vez por 15 min e não quiseram me atender. Sendo que ninguém nunca tinha me avisado que atrasos não são permitidos. Inclusive, já atrasaram meu atendimento algumas vezes. Mas pelo jeito atrasos só são proibidos quando é o cliente né.
Na hora da venda, são uns assediadores, te enchem o saco até você comprar o pacote. Aí na hora do atendimento as recepcionistas te tratam com desdém. Se eu já não tivesse pago, cancelaria tudo.
 I was late for 15 minutes and they didn't answer me. Since no one had ever warned me that delays are not allowed. They even delayed my service a few times. But by the way delays are only prohibited when it's the customer, right.
At the time of sale, they are harassers, they piss you off until you buy the package. At the time of service the receptionists treat you with disdain. If I hadn't already paid, I would cancel everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Eles vendem pacotes de depilação, e não tem horário disponível na agenda para atendimento no horário. A gerente instrui as atendentes agendar as clientes a cada 5min, porém o procedimento de depilação fica entre 8 a 25 min cada cliente, dependendo do procedimento. Meu procedimento são 15min. Geralmente o atraso da loja são de 40min a 1hora de atraso. Falta de respeito com as clientes.
Terrible attendance. They sell waxing packages, and there is no time available on the agenda for service on time. The manager instructs the attendants to schedule the clients every 5 minutes, but the waxing procedure takes between 8 and 25 minutes for each client, depending on the procedure. My procedure is 15min. Usually the store delay is 40min to 1 hour late. Lack of respect for customers.
