★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento extremamente amador, grita em voz alta as areas que você vai fazer na recepção e fora os atrasos com hora marcada porque o profissional está dando uma voltinha no shoping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegando lá se você chegar de carro de APP ou algum parente ou familiar tentar deixar você na porta os guardas municipais "contratados" pelo shoping e com conchavo com os taxistas não vão deixar você para no embarque e desembarque porque virou ponto de taxi e se por acaso você precisar usar o banheiro prepare-se pois por questão de "economia" os profissionais da limpeza tem hora certa de limpar, então os banheiros são imundos, não são sujos, são imundos mesmo, caso de calamidade pública, shoping com uma péssima administração, procure outro lugar para fazer suas compras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o local pagar e ser atendida. Me informaram que não poderia ser atendida nesta unidade somente após o pagamento. Me deram um mini papel para que eu mesma me reagendasse em outra unidade. Como vendem um serviço que os mesmos não realizam?
Moral da história fiz a contratação dia 05/10/2019, depois do péssimo atendimento da recepção do nova América (pra onde me mandaram) e do não atendimento pois eu marquei hoje 08/10/2019 e alegaram que seria só dia 15/10. Alegaram que não posso desistir pois está no “contrato”, um contrato que sequer foi impresso ou enviado via e-mail , e que a atendente pula todas as páginas no monitor e tira uma foto e te pede pra assinar.
Não recomendo! Desonesto e desorganizado. Agiram de má fé ao me deslocarem pra outra unidade e não avisarem ANTES DO PAGAMENTO

Moral of the story made the hiring day 10/05/2019, after the poor service of the reception of the new America (where they sent me) and the non-attendance because I dialed today 08/10/2019 and claimed it would only be 15/10 . They argued that I can't give up because it's in the "contract", a contract that has not even been printed or sent via email, and that the clerk skips every page on the monitor and takes a picture and asks you to sign.
I do not recommend! Dishonest and disorganized. Acted in bad faith by moving me to another unit and not warning BEFORE PAYMENT

Pergunte antes de fechar seu pacote para ali .ainda nao perguntei pois sou morena clara.mas minha filha é mulata e não pode fazer em qualquer unidade.
I've been a spaço laser customer since 2019. I haven't been to the Madureira unit yet, but being in the north, it's essential that you have the machine for dark and black skin. Ask before closing your package there. I haven't asked yet because I'm a light brunette. But my daughter is mulatto and can't do it in any unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como sempre nunca sou atendida no horário marcado, sempre atrasos, como se tivéssemos tempo pra esperar. Um monte de gente no balcão vendendo é uma pessoa só pra tender todo mundo. Nunca que indicarei amigos.
As always, I'm never attended at the scheduled time, always late, as if we had time to wait. A lot of people at the counter selling are just one person to tend to everyone. I will never refer friends.
