★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo péssimo péssimo atendimento! Espero que melhorem, é horrível vc ter que comer com os garçons revirando os olhos, inclusive saiu até em algumas fotos que tirei a falta de educação deles, a comida e música são boas, porém não acho que vale apena, o atendimento é realmente ruim!
 Terrible terrible service! I hope they get better, it's horrible you have to eat with the waiters rolling your eyes, it even came out in some photos that I took their lack of manners, the food and music are good, but I don't think it's worth it, the service is really bad !

Resumindo fui muito mal tratada... o funcionário (Jorge) fui tirar uma dúvida com ele, ele foi super grosso e revirou os olhos pra mim, não curti essa postura dele, achei desrespeitoso da parte dele, acho que ele deve aprender a tratar os clientes direito! Pois é dos clientes que é pago o salário dele! Super debochado.. agradeço a vocês pelo convite, música boa, ambiente agradável, mais o atendimento foi muito ruim! Desculpa.

acho que quando a pessoa paga, o mínimo seria um bom atendimento, ainda mais quando é a primeira vez da pessoa, a primeira impressão é a que fica. Não recomendo ninguém a passar por isso, pedimos uma porção de batata trouxeram um prato com 6 batata dentro ALÉM DE VIR CRUA!!! Indignante como tratam os clientes aqui, garçom fica revirando o olho e dão atenção somente para alguns selecionados, sobre o gin horrível! Prefiro tomar dipirona a tomar esse gin!
Vi um comentário sobre o atendimento péssimo dos garçons de 3 semanas atrás, e o local respondeu esperando que a moça tivesse uma experiência melhor, mas infelizmente se passaram 3 semanas e até agora nada mudou. Para um estabelecimento é IMPRESSINDIVEL o bom atendimento e respeito com seus clientes! Além do que, é com o dinheiro dos clientes que se paga o salários dos funcionarios. Até nunca mais!

I think that when the person pays, the minimum would be a good service, even more when it is the person's first time, the first impression is the one that stays. I don't recommend anyone to go through this, we ordered a portion of potato they brought a plate with 6 potato inside BEYOND COMING RAW!!! Indignant how they treat customers here, waiter rolls his eyes and only pay attention to a select few, about the horrible gin! I'd rather take dipyrone than take that gin!
I saw a comment about the poor service from the waiters 3 weeks ago and the place responded hoping the lady would have a better experience but unfortunately it has been 3 weeks and so far nothing has changed. For an establishment, good service and respect for its customers is IMPRESSIVE! In addition, it is with the money of the customers that the employees' salaries are paid. Until never more!
