As respostas da imobiliária são todas no "rigor da lei" ou no sucesso deles.
Tive um problema életrico sério na minha casa. todas as tomadas passaram a ter 127v e dar choque, não dava para aguardar.
Chamei o Getninjas, comuniquei, depois mandei a conta. nunca me responderam e nunca descontaram o valor.
Parafraseando a expressão, "Para os amigos tudo, para os inimigos a LEI", para vc inquilino, A LEI , e, "preparem-se muito bem na vistoria de entrada".
Se você é advogado, alugue com eles e boa briga.
Eu, assim que puder estarei indo para outro imóvel apesar do bom relacionamento com o proprietário.
Não respondem no reclame aqui, acho que para não serem comparados.
Não se iludam com as estrelas, vejam a relevância dos que classificam com 5 estrelas e o peso dos comentários negativos, com base no que falam. a Resposta vai vir com uma carteirada de "Temos mais de 27 anos de sucesso", ou o rigor do contrato.
Nunca tive problema com imobiliária nenhuma, nunca atrasamos um aluguel sequer.
Assim que possível, pois meus pais são idosos, mudo de casa e de imobiliária.
Minha reclamação: muito parecida com as dos outros e principalmente a cobrança abusiva do aditivo "previsto em contrato".
A impressão que tenho é que eles tem vendedores carinhosos e após isso advogados vorazes.

I had a serious electrical problem in my house. all outlets now have 127v and give a shock, I couldn't wait.
I called Getninjas, communicated, then sent the bill. They never responded to me and never discounted the amount.
To paraphrase the expression, "For friends everything, for enemies the LAW", for you tenant, THE LAW, and, "prepare yourself very well at the entrance inspection".
If you are a lawyer, rent from them and have a good fight.
I, as soon as I can, will be moving to another property despite the good relationship with the owner.
They don't respond to the advertisement here, I think not to be compared.
Don't be fooled by the stars, see the relevance of those who rate 5 stars and the weight of negative comments, based on what they say. the Answer will come with a portfolio of "We have over 27 years of success", or the stringency of the contract.
I've never had a problem with any real estate agency, we've never delayed a single rent.
As soon as possible, as my parents are elderly, I move house and real estate.
My complaint: very similar to the others and especially the abusive collection of the additive "provided for in the contract".
The impression I have is that they have affectionate salespeople and after that voracious lawyers.
