★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar e bem localizado, realmente não sei o porque, a diretoria não investe m um estádio nesse lugar, espaço tem. Fica ai pagando aluguel do Maraca para prefeitura, ao invés de ficar com %100 dos lucros de bilheteria.
The place is well located, I really don't know why, the board does not invest in a stadium in this place, there is space. Stay there paying Maraca rent to the city hall, instead of keeping %100 of the box office profits.
