★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você nunca é atendido no horário marcado, só se conseguir marcar p o primeiro horário da manhã ou da tarde, se não fica mais de uma hora esperando. Não tem água mineral p beber nem álcool em gel disponível. Hoje eu e meu esposo tínhamos consulta marcada às 8:00 e 8:30 da manhã, cheguei antes do consultório abrir, entrei no consultório junto com a dentista, Dra. Kamila e a assistente e mais 2 pacientes e Aprox. 8:20 da manhã elas chamam outro paciente que não era eu nem meu esposo, que estavamos com os primeiros dois horários. Ao questionar fui informada que era APENAS um polimento de um clareamento, detalhe, estou gestante de 9 meses. Achei total falta de respeito, vim embora sem atendimento. Faço essa avaliação baseada na minha experiência de Aprox . 4 atendimentos neste lugar. A localização é ótima, mas o atendimento de forma geral é horrível, sempre fazendo encaixes de pacientes na sua frente. Detalhe que lá não é emergência, então não tem justificativa.
You are never seen at the scheduled time, only if you manage to make an appointment in the first time in the morning or in the afternoon, if you don't wait more than an hour. There is no mineral water to drink or alcohol gel available. Today my husband and I had an appointment at 8:00 and 8:30 in the morning, I arrived before the office opened, I entered the office along with the dentist, Dr. Kamila and the assistant and 2 more patients and Approx. 8:20 in the morning they call another patient who wasn't me or my husband, who had the first two hours. Upon questioning, I was informed that it was JUST a polishing of a whitening, detail, I am 9 months pregnant. I found it totally lacking in respect, I left without assistance. I make this assessment based on my experience of Approx. 4 calls at this place. The location is great, but the care in general is horrible, always making fits of patients in front of you. Note that there is no emergency there, so there is no justification.
