★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou lactante e tenho direito ao atendimento preferência o que não aconteceu pois minha bebê nao estava comigo. Mas nao e o que a lei diz. Existe prioridade para lactante e oara criança de colo. E como levar uma de apenas um mês para aguardar comigi em um ambiente fechado. Em suma falta de respeito total com o paciente.
I am a lactating woman and I have the right to care preference which did not happen because my baby was not with me. But it is not what the law says. There is priority for breastfeeding and the lap child. It's like taking a month-long wait to start in a closed environment. In short lack of total respect with the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QUANDO VOCE CHEGA JÁ É MAL RECEPCIONADO, A ÚNICA COISA QUE IMPORTA É O DINHEIRO, VOCÊ JÁ TEM QUE CHEGAR LÁ COM UM AUTO DIAGNOSTICO DO QUE SENTE SEM NEM TER DIREITO A UMA AVALIAÇÃO PRA VÊ SE TEM OUTRAS SOLUÇÕES, ESTIVE LÁ EXPLIQUEI O QUE SERIA E PAGUEI COM CARTÃO, AO SER ATENDIDA PELO DENTISTA O MESMO INFORMOU QUE LÁ NAO SE TIRA SISO E QUALQUER PROCEDIMENTO VOCÊ PAGA ESSE VALOR DE 250 REAIS, COISA QUE EM CLINICA ODONTOLOGICA OU EM URGÊNCIA NUNCA VI, FIQUEI TOTALMENTE DECEPCIONADA E SAI DE LA MUITO MAL POR QUE A UNICA COISA QUE QUERIA ERA ACABAR COM ESSE SISO E COM A DOR PRA ELE NAO NASCER NUNCA MAIS, O UNICO PROCEDIMENTO QUE ELE FEZ FOI CERRAR UM CACO DE DENTE QUE ESTAVA NO MEIO DA GENGIVA COAGULADA, PAGUEI POR UM PROCEDIMENTO APENAS PARA O CARA TIRAR UM PEDACINHO DE OSSO COISA QUE NAO DEVERIA SER UM VALOR DE AO MENOS 100 PARA UMA EXTRAÇÃO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssimo atendimento a estrutura péssima e profissional que mim atendeu não resolveu o meu problema. Nós não estamos ali de graça o plano não é de graça nós pagamos, e deveríamos ser mais bem respeitados.
It was terrible service, the terrible and professional structure that I attended did not solve my problem. We are not there for free, the plan is not free, we pay, and we should be better respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, cheguei vi umas 3 pessoas do lado de fora do prédio, passei e segue para a portaria onde fui informada que o atendimento era no 2 andar, ao subir a recepcionista mal olhou pra mim e me deu uma ficha e mandou aguarda na portaria do prédio que ela mandava chamar cheguei as 15:00 e fiquei em pé no lado de fora do prédio onde eu tinha passado por pessoas que já estavam do lado de fora e em pé também sem nenhuma segurança. Isso à medida que os outros pacientes iam sendo atendidos e indo embora é que ela mandava chamar, vim ser chamada depois de quase 2 horas em pé as 16:30, para mais uma longa espera 18:00 ainda não fui atendida !
Terrible, I arrived I saw about 3 people outside the building, I passed and proceeded to the concierge where I was informed that the service was on the 2nd floor, when going up the receptionist barely looked at me and gave me a card and told me to wait at the concierge desk. the building she sent for i arrived at 15:00 and stood outside the building where i had passed people who were already outside and standing also without any security. This as the other patients were being attended to and leaving is that she sent for, I came to be called after almost two hours standing 16:30 to 18:00 over a long wait was not answered!

Levei minha mãe idosa que por direito legal sou acompanhante dela. A recepcionista que estava hoje a noite não me permitiu acompanhar minha mãe na consulta. Atendente grosseira, estúpida com todos os pacientes. Ela acha que tá fazendo favor.
Worst dental reception service I've ever been to in my life.
I took my elderly mother who, by legal right, I am her companion. The receptionist who was in tonight would not allow me to accompany my mother to the appointment. Rough attendant, stupid with all patients. She thinks she's doing you a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu filho para ser atendido aí,da primeira vez em diante foi ótimo,ele tinha que ir de 15 em 15 dias para troca de curativo pôs o plano estava na carência e não tinha como marcar.
Todas as vezes que foi atendido por Dr.Viviane foi perfeito.Otima profissional,gentil e muito carinhosa.
Porém uma vez fui lá e ela não estava pôs tinha problemas pessoais,já que estava lá resolvi levar ele mesmo assim porque paguei táxi.
Foi péssimo,o doutor era super grosso não fez nada que deveria na boca do meu filho,ele deveria trocar o curativo,invés disso colocou outro por cima e não tirou o antigo,a gengiva dele ficou bastante inchada nos 3 primeiros dias.
Se vocês forem nesse local procurem DR.VIVIANE.
Ela é ótima profissional.
I took my son to be treated there, from the first time on it was great, he had to go every 15 days to change the dressing, he put the plan in need and there was no way to schedule it.
Every time he was attended by Dr. Viviane it was perfect. Great professional, kind and very affectionate.
But once I went there and she was not there, she had personal problems, since I was there I decided to take him anyway because I paid for a taxi.
It was terrible, the doctor was super thick he didn't do anything he should in my son's mouth, he should change the bandage, instead put another one on top and did not remove the old one, his gums were quite swollen in the first 3 days.
If you go there, look for DR.VIVIANE.
She's a great professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido nessa clinica no sabado chegando na sala ja percebi a bagunça que estava e a total falta de organização com os materiais. coisa limpa misturada com suja, falei para a dentista que a bacia onde cospe tava suja ela fingiu que nao escutou e depois disse que a atendente tinha limpado, mas vi muitas manchas de sangue respingados, pedi licença e tirei uma foto pra mostrar na recpcao. alem de passar mais de 2horas esperando so botaram uma massa e pronto, nao sei como a vigilancia sanitaria ainda deixa aberto um lugar desses.
I was attended at this clinic on Saturday arriving at the room I already realized the mess that was and the total lack of organization with the materials. clean thing mixed with dirty, I told the dentist that the basin where she was spitting was dirty, she pretended not to hear it and then said that the attendant had cleaned it, but I saw a lot of spattered blood stains, asked for permission and took a photo to show at the reception. besides spending more than 2 hours waiting just put a dough and that's it, i don't know how health surveillance still leaves a place like this open.
