★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!!! Pela segunda vez levei meu cachorro para tossa de acerto, simplesmente tosam ele todo, argumentando que está embolado. Dessa vez paguei para ver e levei em outro antes para ver se tava embolado, disseram q não. Elas simplesmente me disseram q fazem o melhor para o animal. Eu que levei, avisei qualquer coisa eles ligaram para minha filha de menor avisando q ia ter que tosar um pouco menor que ela pediu. Simplesmente raspou meu cachorro. Indignada. O cachorro tá até assustado. Tenho Fotos para mostrar como estava antes de entrar lá. Lamentável….
Terrible!!!! For the second time I took my dog for a correct cough, they simply shave him all over, arguing that he is tangled up. This time I paid to see it and took it to another one before to see if it was tangled up, they said no. They simply told me that they do the best for the animal. I took it, warned me anything they called my youngest daughter to let her know that she was going to have to shave a little smaller than she asked. Just shaved my dog. outraged. The dog is even scared. I have Photos to show you how it was before I went in there. Unfortunate….
