★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrante! Havia agendado uma consulta para às 20h, recebi uma ligação que dizia que a psicóloga não poderia me atender, então agendaram para o mesmo dia com outra pessoa. Quando cheguei não havia ninguém na recepção para atender, depois de algum tempo um rapaz, acredito que psicólogo, saiu para atender uma pessoa e aproveitei e perguntei sobre minha consulta, já que era a primeira vez e não sabia como funcionava, ele me disse que o psicólogo que me atenderia estava em outro andar, então, eu subi até o quinto andar e novamente sem recepcionista. Esperei até às 20h30, minha sessão estava agendada para às 20h. Sai sem atendimento e sem nenhuma explicação, pois não tinha ninguém na recepção e as salas estavam ocupadas com outros pacientes, foi realmente frustrante. ??
Frustrating! I had scheduled an appointment for 8 pm, I received a call saying that the psychologist could not see me, so they scheduled for the same day with someone else. When I arrived there was no one at the reception to attend, after a while a boy, I believe a psychologist, went out to attend a person and I took advantage and asked about my appointment, since it was the first time and I didn't know how it worked, he told me the psychologist who would attend me was on another floor, so I went up to the fifth floor and again without a receptionist. I waited until 8:30 pm, my session was scheduled for 8:00 pm. He left without assistance and without any explanation, as there was no one at the reception and the rooms were occupied with other patients, it was really frustrating. ??
