Na maioria das vezes, os telefones (3641-2625/3831-0981) tocam até cair a ligação e ninguém atender, bem como há demora na resposta de mensagens pelo App.
A very good place, with very attentive and dedicated health professionals. I only gave it 3 stars because of the telephone or WhatsApp service, which leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the time, the phones (3641-2625/3831-0981) ring until the call is dropped and no one answers, as well as there is a delay in responding to messages through the App.

I've been trying for 10 days every day the 3 numbers I have, including whatsapp that no one even answers. How does a clinic, which they say is good, work without telephone service? Does the person need to go in person just to make an appointment? It's unfortunate that in the 21st century.
