★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO EM HIPÓTESE ALGUMA. Gostaria de deixar registrado meu profundo descontentamento com a falta de respeito e responsabilidade da clínica Estrelas Dog da unidade Castelo. Tive uma péssima experiência que começou no final da internação do meu gato. Combinei o horário para buscar meu pet que ficou internado por três dias. Ao chegar lá na segunda-feira, data e horário combinados anteriormente com a veterinária e proprietária da clínica, não havia ninguém no local. Fiquei por cerca de duas horas tocando o interfone, ligando para os números disponíveis, inclusive celular, mandei whatsapp e nada. Isso porque a clínica que se intitula como 24 horas. Meu gato passou a noite lá sozinho e NINGUÉM sequer se deu ao trabalho de responder minha mensagem pedindo para avisar quando tivesse alguém disponível na CLÍNICA 24 HORAS para que eu o buscasse. O intuito de deixá-lo internado era ter alguém cuidando e preparado para agir caso ele passasse mal. Nesse caso, o dinheiro gasto com o serviço foi em vão porque não havia ninguém para fazer o acompanhamento dele. Havia marcado de buscá-lo às 18h de segunda, fiquei plantada na porta por duas horas, voltei pra casa e continuei tentando contato sem sucesso. Voltei lá às 23h30 e ainda assim NÃO HAVIA NINGUÉM. Pois bem, no dia seguinte de manhã chegamos e buscamos ele...a funcionária que estava presente não soube dizer o motivo de ninguém ter atendido no horário combinado, pois naquele dia não era ela que estava de plantão. Depois de três tentativas conseguimos pegar a receita com os medicamentos que ele precisava continuar tomando e o resultado dos exames, passou uma semana dando a medicação e ele não teve NENHUMA MELHORA, pelo contrário, ELE PIOROU. Ao chegar em casa na última sexta-feira e perceber que ele havia passado mal, mandei um whatsapp relatando o fato de que não havia tido melhora e sobre o mal estar dele, pedindo orientação sobre a medicação, se poderia continuar ou suspender a mesma. Começaram a digitar no whats app e pararam. Sigo ATÉ HOJE sem nenhuma resposta por parte da veterinária responsável pelo atendimento. Impressionante que toda a atenção que me foi dada na hora que levei ele para o primeiro atendimento sumiu de repente. Total descaso e falta de compromisso com o cliente são as palavras que definem o “atendimento” do Estrelas Dog.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ANYTHING. I would like to register my deep dissatisfaction with the lack of respect and responsibility of the Clinic Stars Dog's unit Castle. I had a terrible experience that started at the end of my cat's hospitalization. I set the time to get my pet who was hospitalized for three days. Arriving there on Monday, date and time previously arranged with the veterinarian and clinic owner, there was no one on the premises. I stayed for about two hours ringing the intercom, calling the numbers available, including cell phone, I sent whatsapp and nothing. That's because the clinic is titled like 24 hours. My cat spent the night there alone and NOBODY even bothered to answer my message asking to tell when there was someone available at CLÍNICA 24 HOURS for me to look for him. The intention of making him hospitalized was to have someone taken care of and prepared to act if he was ill. In that case, the money spent on the service was in vain because there was no one to follow him. I had picked him up at 6:00 PM on Monday, I stood in the doorway for two hours, came back home, and kept trying to reach him without success. I returned there at 11:30 pm and there was NOBODY. Well, the next day in the morning we arrived and we looked for him ... the attendant who was present could not tell the reason nobody had answered at the agreed time, because that day it was not her who was on duty. After three attempts we were able to get the prescription with the medicines he needed to continue taking and the results of the exams, spent a week giving the medication and he had NO BETTER, on the contrary, he WORN. When I got home last Friday and realized that he had been sick, I sent him a Whatsapp about the fact that there was no improvement and about his malaise, asking for advice about the medication, whether he could continue or stop it. They started typing in the whatsapp and stopped. I follow NEXT TODAY without any response from the veterinarian responsible for the care. Impressive that all the attention I was given at the time I took him to the first care disappeared suddenly. Total disregard and lack of commitment to the customer are the words that define the "care" of Stars Dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. O atendimento é ótimo, mais os serviços de péssima qualidade. Levei meu cachorro as 10:30 da manhã e só me devolveram as 18 hrs,super mal tosado, com a barriguinha machucada, nem as unhas dele cortaram,durante o dia fez 37 graus de temperatura, e ele chegou morrendo de sede, que não se cansava de beber água... além disso,cobram caríssimo por um serviço péssimo.
I do not recommend. The service is great, plus the poor service. I took my dog at 10:30 in the morning and they only returned me at 6 pm, super badly shaved, with a bad tummy, not even his nails were cut, during the day it was 37 degrees, and he arrived dying of thirst, that he didn't he got tired of drinking water ... besides, they charge a lot for a terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super desorganizado. Levei a minha pet lá algumas vezes e notei um despreparo de funcionário, não sabia fazer absolutamente nada. Teve que esperar um outro chegar pra terminar de fazer os procedimentos do banho.
Outro dia levei pra dar vacina e a atendente ( proprietária) já ia aplicar duas vacinas na minha cachorrinha que seria apenas um.
O pior foi em questão do valor do banho, liguei lá e uma moça que agenda os procedimentos disse que seria 60 reais. Na hora de pagar a proprietária disse que era 90. Eu disse que liguei antes e perguntei e a mesma " moça dos agendamentos"que me desmentiu!
Ainda a proprietária disse assim:
" Eu vou cobrar de vc 60 reais, mas vc fica sabendo que a próxima será 90 reais.
NÃO HAVERÁ PRÓXIMA VEZ!!!!
Super disorganized. I took my pet there a few times and noticed an employee's unpreparedness, I didn't know how to do anything. He had to wait for another one to arrive to finish doing the bath procedures.
The other day I took a vaccine and the attendant (owner) was already going to give two vaccines to my puppy, which would be just one.
The worst was in terms of the value of the bath, I called there and a girl who schedules the procedures said it would be 60 reais. When it came time to pay, the landlady said it was 90. I said I called earlier and asked and the same "scheduling lady" who denied me!
Still the owner said:
"I will charge you 60 reais, but you know that the next one will be 90 reais.
THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro 3 vezes para o banho ele sempre vai por volta de 11:30 e sempre me devolveu 18:00 na última vez agora foi 19:30 acho um absurdo o cachorro ficar tanto tempo para tomar um banho ,no primeiro banho foi tudo muito bem, capricharam, no último agora ,o cachorro nem veio escovado direito e a finalização fizeram mal feito, pois nem as unhas cortaram, não recomendo!
I took my dog 3 times to the bath it always goes around 11:30 and always gave me back 18:00 the last time now it was 19:30 I find it absurd the dog stay so long to take a shower, the first shower was all very well, they capricious, in the last one now, the dog didn't even come right brushed and the finishing done badly, because neither the nails cut, I don't recommend it!
