O ideal é levar o seu animal silvestre, pelo menos, uma vez por ano, não somente quando eles estiverem doentes. Uma coisa que deve ser levada em consideração é o fato de que esse tipo de animal consegue esconder suas fraquezas devido ao fato de estarem fora de seu habitat natural ou até mesmo presos.
Porém, existem alguns sintomas que podem evidenciar algum tipo de problema com seu animal silvestre. Falta de apetite, mudanças de comportamento, ele ficar mais quieto do que o normal ou até mesmo mais agitado. Esteja sempre atento à esses detalhes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam mudar o nome, porque de Ética não tem nada! Não tem ética com a vida de um animal que está morrendo nem respeitam seu tutor que dedica a vida para cuidar dele. Nunca mais voltarei. Não é mais o mesmo lugar, veterinários inexperientes e despreparados.

Internei minha cachorrinha Lili com emergência cardiorespiratoria no dia 26/12.
Acreditei que ela estava sendo assistida por profissionais competentes.
Mas não. Lá é uma emergência atrás da outra. Só falam com vc por telefone se bx ligar para saber. Ela precisava de uma avaliação cardiológica e de exames e medicamentos específicos. Que foram feitos e utilizados somente no dia da sua morte dia 28/12. Muita tristeza e dor. A indicação coisa que conseguiram me dizer é que tinha que ter paciência. Que o remédio que eu mesma fui comprar era muito caro. Caso contrário teria que aguardar a manipulação do mesmo.que seria para o outro dia. Mas agora só cabe mesmo rezar pela minha menininha. Que deixei lá integra. E a recebi toda machucada e ensanguentada.

That the medicine I went to buy myself was very expensive. Otherwise I would have to wait for the manipulation of the same. That would be for another day. But now all I can do is pray for my little girl. Which I left there in full. And I got her all bruised and bloody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento ok, porém percebe-se que os atendentes não foram muito bem treinados, visto que em 10 minutos me deram 3 orçamentos com valores diferentes para o mesmo problema. Além disso, a urgência nos atendimentos é questionável, visto que ali me deparei com um cachorro tendo uma hemorragia e necessitava de cirurgia urgente, e deram preferência à um outro que tinha um problema no olho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive indicação para levar a minha pet nessa clínica, pois, acreditei que ela sairia de lá melhor. Mas infelizmente ficou internada por 3 dias e saiu de lá pior do que entrou. Foram atenciosos comigo, porém, não encontraram diagnóstico da minha cachorrinha. O que buscaram foi "estabilizar " ela mas ela entrou com dores e fraca, mas, estava andando e quando saiu de lá estava dopada de remédios fortíssimos e sem diagnóstico certo e o pior com as patinhas traseira totalmente inchadas e com dores para andar. Perguntei o motivo das patas inchadas e não souberam explicar. Aparenta ser um hospital de linha de produção com profissionais plantonistas que não tem dia fixos... Se soubesse que era dessa forma não deixaria ela lá. Me arrependo

I asked the reason for the swollen paws and they couldn't explain. It seems to be a production line hospital with on-call professionals who don't have a fixed day... If I knew it was like that, I wouldn't leave it there. I regret

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica já foi muito boa, com profissionais excepcionais, mas, infelizmente os profissionais mudam mto lá, e dá última vez que fomos lá, 2 vezes numa única semana, embora tenhamos sido nem atendidos presencialmente, não prestaam o suporte que disseram prestar quando a minha cachorrinha já não estava mais na clínica. Deixam as pessoas falando sozinhas e a ajuda prestada via telefone é zero
No meu caso, a minha cachorrinha fez o exame solicitado, passei tudo para os veterinários, que sim, me explicaram o que ela tinha, mas, não me informaram como tratar. Entendo q para prescrever uma receita a pessoa precisa estar lá pra pegar,mas, eu solicitaria a um motoboy para retirar, tendo em vista que, ainda está no prazo do retorno médico.
Dando o braço a torcer, depois da avaliação e da reclamação via WhatsApp, recebi o contato da Dra. Amabe que me informou que a Mel só precisa fazer acompanhamento de ultrassom a cada 6 meses. Obrigada pelo retorno, e espero não me decepcionar mais com a Ethicus, afinal os meus cães passaram todos por aí

Há quase 4 anos, meu filho trouxe um pequeno filhote de apenas 600 gramas, uma bolinha de pêlos indefeso.
Mesmo na época eu não podendo "financeiramente", já o tratei como um filho desde que o peguei no colo. Após 4 dias percebi a respiração dele estranha, era Carnaval a noite...olhei no Google e levei em um veterinário na Av. Goiás, lá disseram que ele deveria ter uma má formação no coração ou pulmão sem qualquer exame, disseram que a qualquer momento morreria. Voltei para casa, dirigindo e chorando muito olhando para ele. Cheguei em casa revoltada, desesperada, liguei para uma amiga veterinária Dra.Nara, pela qual estava viajando e de imediato me pediu algumas fotos dele. Nesse momento ela disse: "Vai para a Ethicus a equipe estará pronta para lhe atender."
Cheguei ao local ele estava quase morrendo fizeram atendimento imediato. Esse atendimento fez com que ele voltasse a vida. Fizeram exames de sangue. Ele estava com pneumonia. Medicaram e disseram que seria bom internar, porém eu não tinha condições "financeira", avaliaram o caso e disseram que eu poderia continuar o tratamento em casa, "me deram inclusive dois remédios ".
Perto de outras clínicas eu achei o valor excelente pelo atendimento. Nenhum momento quiseram me arrancar dinheiro e sim focaram em salvar a vida do meu filhotinho.
Eu nunca esquecerei da Ethicus pois salvou a vida do meu filho com todo amor, segurança, profissionalismo, conhecimento e muito carinho.

Hoje ele é um príncipe de tão lindo, enorme, nos trás muitas alegrias e foi graças a vocês.

Almost 4 years ago, my son brought a small puppy weighing only 600 grams, a helpless fur ball.
Even at the time I couldn't "financially", I treated him like a son since I picked him up. After 4 days I noticed his breathing was strange, it was Carnival at night...I looked on Google and took it to a veterinarian on Av. Goiás, there they said he must have a malformation in the heart or lung without any exam, they said that any moment would die. I came home, driving and crying a lot looking at him. I arrived home disgusted, desperate, called a veterinarian friend Dr. Nara, for whom I was traveling and immediately asked me for some pictures of him. At that moment she said: "Go to Ethicus and the team will be ready to assist you."
I arrived at the place he was almost dying and they received immediate attention. This service made him come back to life. They took blood tests. He had pneumonia. They medicated and said it would be good to be hospitalized, but I didn't have "financial" conditions, they evaluated the case and said that I could continue the treatment at home, "they even gave me two medications".
Close to other clinics I found the service to be excellent value. At no time did they want to take money from me but focused on saving my puppy's life.
I will never forget Ethicus because it saved my son's life with all the love, security, professionalism, knowledge and affection.
