★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri uma Mercedes GLE 400 2019 com menos de 6 mil km, a mesma apresenta um defeito no banco. Tentei contato e alegaram mal uso do veiculo, por isso o desgaste. Possuo outro carro da mesma marca com mais de 90 mil km que não apresenta esse mesmo problema no banco.
Tentei contato via chat online e nas centrais de atendimento, todas sem sucesso. As mesmas orientando procurar a concessionária de sousas.
A concessionária falou que não poderia fazer nada por ser mal uso do veículo.
Descaso e mal atendimento. Certamente não trocarei por outra mercedes.
I purchased a 2019 Mercedes GLE 400 with less than 6 thousand km, it has a defect in the seat. I tried to contact and they claimed misuse of the vehicle, hence the wear and tear. I have another car of the same brand with over 90,000 km that does not have this same problem in the bank.
I tried to contact via online chat and call centers, all without success. The same ones directing you to look for the sousas dealership.
The dealership said they couldn't do anything because the vehicle was misused.
Negligence and bad service. I certainly won't trade for another mercedes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, principalmente no setor de peças, uma hr esta sem sistema, na outra o vendedor saiu para almoçar, ai pede para ligar 13:30, ai vc liga o vendedor não voltou do almoço, ai vc liga 15:40, falam que o vendedor ainda esta na hr de almoço, ai vc liga 16:30 falam que o vendedor foi tomar vacina, um descaso com o cliente, o pior atendimento que ja vi
Terrible service, especially in the parts department, one hour there is no system, the other the salesperson went out to lunch, then he asks to call at 1:30 pm, then you call the salesman, he did not come back from lunch, then you call at 3:40 pm, they say that the salesperson is still in the lunch hour, then you call at 4:30 pm they say the salesperson went to get a vaccine, a disregard for the customer, the worst service I've ever seen
