★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!!! Carro não foi entregue na data da Reserva. Não havia funcionario disponível na loja do aeroporto!!! Incrível!!! Os telefones disponibilizados não funcionavam!!! No dia seguinte foi entregue um carro diferente da categoria reservada, lâmpadas queimadas, documento vencido, sem combustível e com problema na bateria. Uma lástima. Nunca mais usarei essa locadora e não a recomendarei.
 Horrible!!! Car was not delivered on the reservation date. There was no employee available at the airport store !!! Amazing!!! The phones provided did not work !!! The following day a different car of the reserved category was delivered, burned out lamps, expired document, no fuel and battery problem. A pity. I will never use this store again and will not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser ruim tem que melhorar muito. Minha esposa e eu reservamos um carro para o fim do ano com mais de dois meses de antecedência. Depois de nos buscar no aeroporto e levar-nos ao estacionamento da locadora, nos informaram que não havia nenhum carro disponível. Nos direcionaram para uma locadora ao lado, que nos combrou 2x o valor da reserve com a Eurpocar.
Total falta de profissionalismo, transparência e compromisso com o consumidor. Não recomendo para ninguém.
To be bad you have to improve a lot. My wife and I booked a car for the end of the year more than two months in advance. After picking us up at the airport and taking us to the rental car park, they informed us that there was no car available. They directed us to a rental company next door, which bought us 2x the amount of the reservation with Eurpocar.
Total lack of professionalism, transparency and commitment to the consumer. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Véspera de Natal e primeiro não tinham o carro da carregaria que tinha reservado 30 dias ates e no final o carro que tinham disponível, de uma categoria mais baixa, para além de estar num estado deplorável não tinha documentos, pelo que não pude sair com nenhum carro e tive de recorrer a uma locadora ao lado que felizmente tinha carros disponíveis. Não me reembolsaram na hora e no dia que escrevo, 10 dias depois, ainda não o fizeram. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED, to say the least.
Unbelievable. Christmas Eve and first did not have the car that had booked 30 days until and at the end the car they had available, a lower category, besides being in a deplorable state had no documents, so I could not leave with any I had to resort to a car rental shop next door that luckily had cars available. They didn't repay me on time, and the day I write, 10 days later, they haven't done it yet. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED, to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran lugar para alquilar autos, si lo que buscas es pagar de más por un auto antiguo (en mi caso alquile HB20 o Fiat Cronos y me dieron un Fiat Siena que incluso tenia ventanas MANUALES). Me dejaron una hora y media esperando en el aeropuerto, cuando llame y me fueron a buscar el trato fue horrible. 30 minutos más para que me entreguen ese auto viejo (sin limpieza adecuada). Al devolverlo otra media hora para devolverlo frente a los 3 chiflados (los que te atienden realmente se parecen) para finalmente cobrarme 45 reales por una limpieza que el auto no necesitaba. Unos auténticos ladrones. Jamás alquilare de nuevo allí
Great place to rent cars, if you are looking to overpay for an old car (in my case I rented HB20 or Fiat Cronos and they gave me a Fiat Siena that even had MANUAL windows). They left me waiting for an hour and a half at the airport, when I called and they came to pick me up, the treatment was horrible. 30 more minutes to get that old car delivered (no proper cleaning). When I returned it another half hour to return it in front of the 3 crazy people (the ones who serve you really look alike) to finally charge me 45 reais for a cleaning that the car did not need. Real thieves. I will never rent there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma reserva nesta agência pelo Expedia, meu voo atrasou 2 horas em Brasília devido uma pane elétrica. No site dizia que havia Shuttle do aeroporto a locadora, não tinha ... tive que ir de Uber. Chegando lá minha reserva havia caído por causa do atraso do meu voo e fiquei sem carro ! Dei 5 estrelas SOMENTE porque as 2 funcionárias Anne e Sigrid foram extremante prestativas e atenciosas, se ofereceram para ajudar a conseguir alugar o carro em outra locadora, já que eles não tinham nenhum carro disponível ! Nota 1.000 para as funcionárias !
I made a reservation at this agency through Expedia, my flight was delayed 2 hours in Brasilia due to an electrical failure. On the website it said that there was a shuttle from the airport to the rental store, there wasn't ... I had to go by Uber. When I got there my reservation had dropped due to the delay of my flight and I was without a car! I gave 5 stars ONLY because the 2 employees Anne and Sigrid were extremely helpful and attentive, offering to help me get the car from another rental company, since they had no car available! Note 1,000 for the employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small office beside airport with a small amount of cars. But very nice ans helpful staff with good communication and airport pick up service and also later get dropped back at airport with rented car after check out. So no trouble with luggage on the way back to airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY! I made a reservation using Expedia.
1)Expedia is clear "total price includes all mandatory taxes and fees" but the company charged me additional 14% of taxa Administrativa.
2)The company will also not accept the insurance from abroad. I also contracted insurance w/ Expedia but they forced my to hire their local insurance, otherwise I wouldn't have how to get the car!
3) read and make sure that the contract is correct - mine, first time, they were not giving me the same price in BRL
4) No van service and the 800 phone number doesn't work! After have waited for 2 hours and 10 unanswered calls to their 800 number I asked a favor to another van driver (another company) to give me a ride to their location which is not in the same spot as other major car companies by the way. The lady at the counter said the number was working. I called in front of her and no ringing/answering!
5) The car came dirty and non-sanitized! Don't believe that there is any COVID special cleaning as announced!
Really bad experience! It is not worth the low price!

I pre-paid for a week rental and my plane was a few hours late arriving and the woman working there had already given our car to someone else and presented no solutions. The managers were terribly rude and dismissive. EUROPCAR WORKS IN EUROPE BUT NOT IN BRAZIL.
