★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando meu imóvel fico sob a administração deles sempre que o inquilino atrasava o pagamento eu não era informada. Tinha que ficar perguntando todas as vezes que o repasse não acontecia na data correta. E ao fim do contrato de locação a imobiliária recebeu as chaves com pendências de contas de água e luz. Por fim tudo foi resolvido.
When my property was under their management whenever the tenant was late in paying, I was not informed. I had to keep asking every time that the transfer did not happen on the correct date. And at the end of the lease, the real estate agency received the keys with pending water and electricity bills. Finally everything was resolved.

Não gostei do pós , péssimo.

Não recomendo.
Se não quiser ter dor de cabeça, procure outra imobiliária.
Totally dissatisfied, they don't answer messages, they don't answer the phone, the rent deposit never has an exact date, and there's no satisfaction.
I do not recommend.
If you don't want to have a headache, look for another realtor.
