★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei, a troca da tela do meu celular, com uma semana de antecedência e confirmei no dia anterior. No dia e hora marcados eu entreguei meu aparelho. Cheguei para pegar na hora combinada e não estava pronto. Fiquei esperando e ainda demorou 1 hora para me entregarem. Tinha combinado de colocar película protetora e eles sequer tinham o produto. Péssimo atendimento e a tela ainda ficou com mau funcionamento. Achei o serviço tão ruim que não levo lá nem para reclamar do serviço porque tenho medo do resultado do conserto. É simples, não prometam o que não podem cumprir.
I scheduled the change of my cell phone screen a week in advance and confirmed it the day before. On the appointed day and time I handed over my device. I arrived to pick up at the agreed time and was not ready. I was waiting and it still took 1 hour to deliver me. I had agreed to put on protective film and they didn't even have the product. Poor service and the screen still malfunctioned. I thought the service was so bad that I don't even take it there to complain about the service because I'm afraid of the result of the repair. It's simple, don't promise what you can't keep.
