★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente é fato dizer que é a imobiliária com as melhores oportunidades de imóveis, mas infelizmente o atendimento é TRISTE. Isso pq eu queria alugar um imóvel com eles... imagine quando ja estiver alugado e aparecer algum problema... vão simplesmente ignorar voce!!

Arrumei outro ponto .na hora que eu saí entreguei a chave . entreguei o ponto melhor do que estava.e mesmo a sim descontaram um. Mês de aluguel sem usar água e luz e Iptu e mais a diferença do dia 10 ao dia 22 um absurdo.
Not. I recommend this real estate agency to anyone. I feel ripped off. I spent a year and 4 months paying the bill that I didn't use. I fixed another spot. When I left, I handed over the key. I delivered the point better than it was. and even if they did, they discounted one. Month of rent without using water and electricity and Iptu and the difference from the 10th to the 22nd is absurd.
