Descaso total... acabei de receber meu lanche que pedi no app do Uber
Chegou com muito atraso, lanche frio, batata frita gelada...agora me fala, e ainda sou obrigada a pagar isso .
Mandei msg no Uber pro entregador , o entregador disse que o estacionamento ainda não tinha finalizado o lanche...má dei msg pra o estabelecimento, o estabelecimento disse que o motoboy não chegou no restaurante...aí fica um jogando pra o outro...
Aí tenho que comer frio
Está de parabéns pelo atendimento, e pelo descaso com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários totalmente sem educação, fui fazer meu pedido e a moça só ficou mechendo no celular .nem boa noite deu ,sem contar que as batatas estava cheias de óleo e quando fui pedir catchup ainda me olhou de cara feia.... Péssimo atendimento !!!!!?
Totally uneducated employees, I went to place my order and the girl just kept touching her cell phone. I didn't even say good night, not to mention that the potatoes were full of oil and when I asked for ketchup, she still looked at me with an ugly face.... Terrible service! !!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO.... Se não quiserem passar Raiva não Comprem.... Me informaram que a entrega seria de 50 a 70 minutos.... Demorou 2 horas para chegar... Fiz o pedido as 21:02, chegou 23:03... Isso depois de muita Reclamação. Via WhatsApp. Péssimo atendimento, péssimo serviço. Nunca mais comprarei nessa Unidade. Gostaria de dar Nenhuma estrela, mas não é permitido. Não tem comprometimento com o cliente. Odeie.

Só recebi por causa do meu filho que estava acordado esperando com fome e não quis outra coisa! E olha que semana passada foi 1hora e meia tbm. Pra mim já deu. Perdeu um cliente. Não indico nem recomendo esse lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência desse local gosto dos lanches dai porém uma vez fui comprar estava morrendo de fome perguntei duas vezes para atendents vc colocou ketchup ela disse não pedi pra ela colocar por favor ela disse que nao tinha. so que logo depois o motoboy pediu um lanche e ela encheu a mao dele de ketchup outra vez um motoboy deles quse me atropelou pois estava esperando o meu lanche na calçada e eles dando grau e fazendo racha achei uma enorme falta de respeito tive q vim aqui porque precisa de melhorias eu amo os lanches dai...e sobre a atendente deve ser que nao esta satisfeita com o salario pois o atendimento é sempre pessimo tbm ne 400 reais da pra fzr nd..
I had a bad experience at this place I like the snacks there but once I went to buy it I was starving I asked the attendants twice you put ketchup she said I didn't ask her to put it please she said she didn't have it. but soon after the motoboy asked for a snack and she filled his hand with ketchup again one of their motoboys almost ran over me because I was waiting for my snack on the sidewalk and they were giving a grade and splitting I thought it was a huge lack of respect I had to come here because it needs improvement I love the snacks there... and about the attendant it must be that she is not satisfied with the salary because the service is always terrible too, ne 400 reais can be done..
