Vendi meu Ap particular no processo de venda o inquilino não pagou o último aluguel e eles transferiram a titularidade da administração sem que os débitos fossem quitados ( TOTAL INCOMPETÊNCIA) e nem se quer me mandaram um documento, já tem 2 meses e não estão nem aí mais (PROBLEMA É MEU) estou entrando com ação judicial.

I sold my private apartment in the sale process, the tenant didn't pay the last rent and they transferred the ownership of the administration without the debts being paid off (TOTAL INCOMPETENCE) and they didn't even send me a document, it's been 2 months and they don't care more (PROBLEM IS MINE) I am filing a lawsuit.
