â â â â â Foi pĂ©ssimo, pior impossĂvel, seu tĂ©cnico Felipe do Nascimento chegou recebi a mensagem da claro que ele tinha chegado, ele nem desceu da moto ficou vendo filmes no celular encerrou a ordem de serviço como se tivesse executado e foi embora, nem o interfone ele tocou , nem descer da moto ele desceu, muito irresponsĂĄvel esse tipo de atitude as pessoas tem compromissos, nota -10

â â â â â Muito ruim. TĂ©cnico sem conhecimento suficiente para responder dĂșvidas. SĂł sabe lidar com tv smart. NĂŁo tinha o menor conhecinento sobre aparelho da Amazon. Teve que ligar para o supervisor, que tb nĂŁo sabia e passou informação errada. Foi embora sem fazer a tv funcionar. Eu Ă© que tive que descobrir como botar a tv em funcionamento. Por conta disso, nĂŁo.me explicou nada sobre nada da tv. Nem.Now, nem coisa alguma. Foi tudo muito estressante. A claro residencial no meu celular nĂŁo me permitia mudar o login e senha do wifi. E o tĂ©cnico nĂŁo sabia o que fazer. Ou seja: botou o novo roteador na.minha casa, configurou e foi embora. Total incompetĂȘncia. E atĂ© agora nĂŁo consigo mudar login e senha do wifi pela claro residencial. Desastre total.
Too bad. Technician not knowledgeable enough to answer questions. Only know how to deal with smart tv. I didn't have the slightest knowledge of Amazon device. He had to call the supervisor, who also didn't know and gave wrong information. He left without making the TV work. I was the one who had to figure out how to get the TV working. Because of that, he didn't explain anything to me about TV. Neither.Now, nor anything. It was all very stressful. The residential clear on my cell phone did not allow me to change the wifi login and password. And the technician didn't know what to do. In other words: he put the new router in my house, configured it and left. Total incompetence. And so far I can't change wifi login and password through residential clear. Total disaster.
