Nova avaliação: voltei para trocar a tela que estava quebrada, e meu celular voltou com o åudio quando grava na cùmera traseira estå abafado.
A Ana e a Juliana super gentis , mas sinceramente o atendente GUILHERME, nĂŁo aprovei o atendimento dele nĂŁo, a loja funciona no sĂĄbado de 10 as 14 horas, mas pareciam que estavam com tanta Ăąnsia de ir embora que nem resolveram a questĂŁo, eu entreguei meu aparelho apenas com a tela trincada, eu estou esperando retorno do dono da loja, alegaram que com a queda estragou, mas , a tela estava trincada hĂĄ tempos e tudo estava funcionando, inclusive eu fiz vĂĄrios vĂdeos depois com a tela quebrada. Sinceramente, eu escolhi lĂĄ a dedo pelas boas indicaçÔes, mas dessa vez , estou decepcionada; se a empresa tem um objetivo que Ă© deixar os clientes satisfeitos e ser a melhor , eu creio que teriam que resolver a situação. Fiquei de 11 as 14:30 lĂĄ, e o celular tĂĄ com esse detalhe, quero meu celular com tudo funcionando!

Ana and Juliana were super kind, but honestly the attendant GUILHERME, I didn't approve of his service, the store is open on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm, but they looked like they were so eager to leave that they didn't even solve the issue, I delivered my device only with a cracked screen, I am waiting for a return from the store owner, they claimed that with the fall it spoiled, but the screen had been cracked for a long time and everything was working, including I made several videos later with the broken screen. Honestly, I handpicked it for the good indications, but this time, I'm disappointed; if the company has a goal which is to make customers happy and to be the best, I think they would have to resolve the situation. I stayed there from 11 am to 2:30 pm, and my cell phone has this detail, I want my cell phone with everything working!

Comprei um iPhone que disseram que a bateria era original e nĂŁo Ă©, alĂ©m de que nĂŁo reembolsam e vocĂȘ perde mais dinheiro o que era pra ganhar
TERRIBLE store, they lie about the products being original, when it is not. Great service but what a pity they are liars right?

â â â â â Uma SAFADEZA por parte de um qualquer que se diz "gerente", um tal de Diogo. O sem vergonha estĂĄ a quase 1 ano tentando passar a perna na minha irmĂŁ, estĂĄ negando a garantia e o aparelho estĂĄ retido na loja desde janeiro, pois o mesmo safado se recusa a entregar o celular sem o laudo tĂ©cnico, e fica fazendo mil suposiçÔes a respeito do defeito, tentando o tempo todo jogar a culpa nela, para nĂŁo precisarem reparar o dano. Isso sem contar que ele se esconde atrĂĄs das meninas (que sĂŁo super prestativas) e joga o problema para que elas se virem e resolvam, oferecendo 1001 preços e serviços. Da Ășltima vez que ela foi Ă loja, ele disse que se ela quisesse, poderia correr atrĂĄs dos direitos dela e ela saiu da loja chorando. O aparelho estĂĄ pago, agora inventaram de consertar mas querem que nĂłs paguemos R$500,00 mesmo tendo levado para reparo dentro do prazo da garantia, e que a mesma cobre o problema. Vou com a polĂcia na porta da loja atĂ© o final da semana, e quero ver se nĂŁo vĂŁo cumprir as regras impostas por lei. Esse boteco precisa ser fechado, URGENTEMENTE!

The shameless guy has been trying to outsmart my sister for almost 1 year, he's denying the warranty and the device has been kept in the store since January, because the same bastard refuses to hand over the cell phone without the technical report, and keeps making a thousand guesses about the defect, trying all the time to blame her so they don't need to repair the damage. Not to mention the fact that he hides behind the girls (who are super helpful) and throws the problem so they can manage and solve it, offering 1001 prices and services. The last time she went to the store he said that if she wanted to, she could run after her rights and she left the store crying. The device is paid for, now they invented a repair but they want us to pay R$500.00 even though it was repaired within the warranty period, and that the warranty covers the problem. I'm going with the police at the door of the store until the end of the week, and I want to see if they don't comply with the rules imposed by law. This pub needs to close URGENTLY!
