★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, não fazem questão de resolver os problemas dos clientes, eu tive número na Tim por mais de 5 anos, depois de uma experiência traumática nesta loja acabei fazendo a portabilidade para Vivo.
The service is terrible, they don't insist on solving customer problems, I had a number at Tim for over 5 years, after a traumatic experience in this store I ended up porting to Vivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Péssimos atendedores, só estão interessados em vender planos e aparelhos. Se você procura ajuda para resolver problemas mal olham na sua cara, a má vontade fica estampada na cara! Estou cancelando meu plano hoje! Não entro mais na loja e nem indico!
Awful! Terrible attendants, they are only interested in selling plans and devices. If you're looking for help to solve problems as soon as they look you in the face, the bad will is stamped on their face! I'm canceling my plan today! I don't go into the store anymore and I don't even recommend it!

QUERO DEIXAR BEM CLARO QUE FUI MUITO BEM ATENDIDO LÁ PESSOALMENTE... APÓS TER PASSADO MAIS DE 40 MINUTOS TENTANDO RESOLVER VIA TELEFONE; DE PRONTIDÃO O ATENDENTE DESSA LOJA FÍSICA MIM PASSOU UM PROTOCOLO ACOMPANHADO DE DESCULPAS PELO FATO OCORRIDO E DISSE QUE MEU CHIP VOLTARIA A FUNCIONAR COMO PRÉ PAGO NOVAMENTE EM 48 HORAS; ESTOU AGUARDANDO QUE DE FATO ISSO OCORRA E QUE SEJA CORRIGINDO ESSE QUE PÔDE SER CONSIDERADO MAIS UM PROBLEMA ENVOLVENDO ESSE SETOR DE TELEFONIA MÓVEL. RESUMINDO... ATENDIMENTO TIM VIA TELEFONE É SIMPLESMENTE HORRÍVEL!!!
To evaluate this place I have to say what took me there... TO PUT A TOTAL IRRESPONSIBILITY OF AN ATTENDANT OF THE OPERATOR WHO CHANGED MY CHIP FROM PREPAID TO A CONTROL PLAN WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION FROM ME! I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT I WAS VERY WELL ATTENDED THERE PERSONALLY... AFTER HAVING SPENT MORE THAN 40 MINUTES TRYING TO SOLVE IT VIA PHONE; READY, THE ATTENDANT OF THIS PHYSICAL STORE PASSED A PROTOCOL ACCOMPANIED BY APOLOGY FOR THE FACT THAT HAS OCCURRED AND SAID THAT MY CHIP WOULD WORK AS PREPAID AGAIN WITHIN 48 HOURS; I AM WAITING THAT THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENS AND THAT IT IS CORRECTED THAT WHICH COULD BE CONSIDERED ANOTHER PROBLEM INVOLVING THIS MOBILE PHONE SECTOR. SUMMARY... TIM SERVICE VIA PHONE IS SIMPLY HORRIBLE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing one of the attendants did when I handed my phone for him to take a look was to open my gallery and look at my photos. He didn't know I noticed. Also, after three times going there and waiting, no one could help me activate my TIM sim card. The manager was very kind but useless anyway.
