★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem coisas legais com artigos religiosos muito bonitos e diferentes, mas também tem um acesso difícil, nem sempre da para estacionar perto, e o atendimento vai de acordo com o humor de quem te atende, e infelizmente quem atende não te atende bem... Tentei ser cliente por 4 vezes, mas depois desisti, porque independente do valor, quando pagamos o mínimo que merecemos é ser bem tratados. Porque quando não pagamos não aceitamos ser menos do que bem tratados.
Hoje, refaço minha avaliação, estive novamente na fábrica de Velas São João, e desta vez tive um bom atendimento, e isso é um bom sinal, de que as avaliações que fazemos ajuda não apenas os clientes no que buscam mas, também, os proprietários a terem um retorno dos produtos, dos preços que oferecem, e principalmente, do atendimento ao cliente que é o mais importante para que um comercio continue a prosperar. Minha avaliação agora é de 4 estrelas, tentei falar pelos telefones que o proprietário disponibilizou, e não consegui, o fixo cai a ligação no segundo toque, e o celular só cai na caixa postal. Quanto a loja continuo dizendo que tem coisas legais, com artigos religiosos muito bonitos e diferentes. Quantos aos proprietários, estão de parabéns por tomarem as medidas imediatas para o sucesso da fábrica. Obrigada pela atenção as minhas avaliações.

I tried to be a customer 4 times, but then I gave up, because regardless of the amount, when we pay the least we deserve, it means being treated well. Because when we don't pay, we don't accept to be treated less than well.
Today, I redo my assessment, I was again at the Velas São João factory, and this time I had a good service, and this is a good sign, that the assessments we do help not only the customers in what they are looking for, but also the owners to have a return on the products, on the prices they offer, and above all, on the customer service that is most important for a business to continue to prosper. My rating is now 4 stars, I tried to speak through the phones that the owner provided, and I couldn't, the landline drops the call on the second ring, and the cell phone only goes to voicemail. As for the store, I keep saying that it has cool things, with very beautiful and different religious items. As for the owners, we are to be congratulated for taking the immediate steps for the factory's success. Thank you for paying attention to my ratings.
